I was choosing between several hotels when booking and decided on this one based on the name. The price was good, location seemed ok - though on the top of of one of the many hobart cbd hills (not scenic though). I stayed for four nights. On check in I was given a room on the

Stayed here for 5 nights. Very impressed. From the moment we walked in the door to check-in to check-out it was a great experience. We were upgraded to the 5th floor with great views of Mount Wellington. Organising snow on the mountain for us was an added bonus - thankyou!!!!

Dear Gail M, Thank you for taking the time to write this review of your recent stay at the Best Western Hobart. It sounds like you thoroughly enjoyed your stay with us, I trust you will stay again next time you are in Hobart. Regards, Hammond Cardon General Manager Best Western Hobart

Not sure about laundry facilities (we only stayed for 4 nights so didn't need laundry) but yes, it does have some Foxtel channels. Even if it doesn't have laundry it is only minutes from shops in the city where there would be commercial Laundry services.

Yep but it's $10 a day. There's free street parking on weekends nearby if you're going to be there over the weekend.
