The staff were very friendly & accomodating & the resort was very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our Beauty Spots tour. The restaurants were varied and each enjoyable with great staff. The Island ferry service and parking was well organised. This was our second stay and hopefully not our last .Thank you

We left our car at River Heads, & the check-in process there was handled very smoothly. Bus transport to the ferry, & our luggage was waiting at our room when we arrived at the resort. Amenities are first class, staff are very professional, room cleanliness and fit out excellent. We couldn't fault the resort.

The resort itself has everything you need. Rooms are large, ours had a single and double bed. Only issue was we were facing a swamp and the noise from the wildlife was quite loud. I would advise to take earplugs if you want a decent night sleep. The buffet breakfast was lovely, loads to choose from. There are 2 restaurants...

Don't pay extra for Wallom view's without asking if it's a dried up bed of dirt! We wasted money on a non-existsnt view that sounded fantastic over the phone!!! Got to the resort and was extremely dissapointed!

Nice resort with associated facilities and great access to walking, swimming and other activities in the natural environment. The rooms were well situated in order to give a very pleasant outlook and feeling of privacy. The Rangers were very helpful.
