excellent over all more choice of meals required .This would be a good choice if wanting to show friends from interstate or overseas the beauty of Fraser Island. The breakfast was perfect so that a light meal for lunch was all that was needed

Interesting island, friendly staff, good and healthy food options. Nice setting, quiet, good facilities, not the best cocktails but definitely one of the best sunsets at the Sunset Bar. Would recommend.

We live in Hervey Bay and decided to check out our "backyard". Enjoyed the trip over on the ferry, the aaccommodation was clean but a little dated. Enjoyed a sunset wine and cheese platter, also the Beauty Spots Island Tour with Martin. We did think the staff could have shown a little more interest at checkin and the Maheno Bar....

This resort is great for families and older folks who are looking for a quiet escape into nature. We absolutely LOVED the Beauty Spots Tour -- well worth every penny. If you're looking for a grand and lavish resort, however, this is probably not a good pick.

We were a group of 6. 3 Aussies and 3 Danish. A great way to show our friends Fraser Island while enjoying the comfort of the Resort. We all loved the setting, the security, the facilities and the helpful staff. Easy access to the island via River Heads without the potential drama of Inskip Point. The accommodation, while a little...

I have been to Kingfisher many times before and each time I go back I just love it more. I live in Hervey Bay and can't think of anywhere better for a relaxing escape without having to drive very far.

The resort was very good, room was clean and of good size. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean but did not check shower gel, moisturiser and tissues as these items all ran out on day two. Seabelle restaurant had the best quality and value for money menu. Staff member needed to be updated on what the chefs specials are.

I was tired of self catering holidays and wanted a resort so that I could sit back and relax. Loved the architecture of the resort. It's set amongst the bushland with board walks between each building. Everywhere I sat, there were trees and nature of some sort. Loved the guided walks and activities provided by the resort. The resort rangers...
