We have just left pool resort after staying for 6 days at the end of our month in Australia. The apartment was very modern, spacious, well equipped and clean. We had a swim up pool straight from our patio, which was perfect to cool down. Being the quiet season, the pool was

My wife and I stayed at the pool resort for a week and absolutely enjoyed it. I can´t say much about the pool except that it is very impressive and people were always enjoying it. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a private plunge pool. The apartment has all you need for

We recently stayed at the Pool Resort after purchasing a “Luxury Escape”. The Pool Resort does not live up to the standard of a luxury escape and I am not sure if you would call it a resort. Apart from the pool there are no other facilities eg swim up bar, spa, complimentary

How very disappointing to read your review and comments. Our 3 bedroom plunge pool units were refurbished less than 2 years ago with all quality furnishings and 175 square metres of living space, they are a a beautiful large modern well equipped unit. A plunge pool relates to a small pool for cooling off, which all our guests in the past love the privacy of a quick cool off. I apologize for no shade sail, all shade sails are being replaced from the harsh hot weather. What a shame you didn't approach us in the office, to speak about your issues as we are extremely accommodating to our guests in all areas, As far as no swim up bar or spa, you didn't read your package thoroughly, Port Douglas in January is high season and that is why there was a surcharge. $899 is for a 5 day stay in a 2 bedroom unit and you choose a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a private pool. I do suggest in future you research your accommodation packages thoroughly to avoid disappointment.

We stayed here over the Christmas week. Loved our 2 bedroom pool access apartment with virtually our own private sparkling pool. Donna and Peter were the perfect resort managers. Very helpful with tips and ideas of what to do during our stay. The apartment was beautifully clean

We booked ours through Luxury Escapes as it was an offer so I don't think I can really answer your question. Sorry.

Good Morning the swimming pools at Pool Port Douglas are not heated for the winter months, they are normally around 22 deg during winter which is a little fresh when you first get in but really good once you start swimming
