We just returned back to NZ from having a wonderful stay at Peppers. This was our first time to Port Douglas and have to say what an awesome place, we didn't want to leave. We were very impressed with our spa suite which was always tidy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful....

We have stayed in Port Douglas many times but was our first time at Peppers.. I was very happy with the 2 bed suite we had even with a park view it was nice and quiet.. This a family orientated resort. Suits babies & toddlers. Not happy with their housekeeping, it's getting later each day. I know it's a first world problem but I have been told my rooms isn't a priority, the new arrival who can't checkin until after 2:00pm have priority. I was super pleased with the hotel, spa suite, staff, facilities, location and cocktails. After a day of travel Peppers Beaxh Club felt like an absolute oasis. Stayed here with friends and none of us were disappointed, they had a double bedroom apartment and we had a spa room. Had trouble keeping my husband out of the spa he loved it. We spent six days here and were very happy with everything. Staff were efficient and friendly. Accommodation offered everything you needed,whether you wished to do your own cooking or dine in the restaurant.

Set in a great location in Port Douglas the hotel has basic facilities a nice pool with an artificial beach . The rooms are clean and comfortable, we had a spa bath on the balcony. The food was a little over priced.
