Not suitable for seniors having to take heavy luggage up and down stairs. No lift. Self service laundry to wash and dry room towels. Good for young families but I would not recommend it to seniors. Rated 4 star but I would say 3.

I would advise the higher management of Mantra to visit hotels in south east Asia e.g. Kuala Lumpur compare price and services! Most hotels will have wifi service given free. Rooms will be cleaned daily. etc. etc. etc.

Rooms not serviced, no mini bar either. Rooms are dated with old furniture. There's not enough staff. You only see them at reception and in the pool bar (only opened for 2 hours) Pool is lovely! Reception is beautiful. Just need to update and provide more services

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights in April 2017 in a one bed studio. Very disappointed to walk into the room, especially for what we were paying. It's not worth the price at all. It looks nothing like the photos. The main thing was that it was unclean, very grubby sofas and disgusting bedspread, stains on the...

The hotel was clean but the room smelt mouldy & musty. There was little bits of rubbish in the shower. The hot water took a really long time to warm up. Pool bar only open 2.30pm - 4.30pm. Staff were friendly. Restaurant only serves breakfast, which we didn't try because it was only continental - no hot buffet breakfast. No...

A reasonably priced apartment that was clean and tidy. Service desk staff were friendly and helpful. For a longer stay with a family of 4 the need to obtain additional toiletry and kitchen items was inconvenient. Items supplied began to run out mid stay and while additional supplies could be picked up from reception, it was inconvenient to go and...

We stayed here with 3 other families (so 8 kids under 10 years and 8 adults) and had a two bedroom apartment each. Checkin was easy. The apartments were quite clean and actually well stocked. The kids LOVED the lagoon pool and it's actually quite safe as it is not very deep. If you want adult time there is a...

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. We loved the pool and swim up bar. Our sleep was great and our room was fine. We loved that we had a bottom floor room which we could walk out to the pool which was wonderful. Breakfast was good, just wish it went til at least 10am. Serving the room is limited...

Great rooms with very comfortable beds and very clean & tidy. The pool area was great with plety of parasols and sunbeds, and the hotel is just a very short walk to Four Mile beach. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a great week.
