What a beautiful place to come and unwind, the staff and locals are all so friendly! Apartment was great, very clean and not noisy at all. Access to pool and spa/gym was easy! Shuttle from resort to town came all the time if you don't want to hire a car you have plenty of options!! I Can't wait to get... More

We stayed two nights at the ramada. We didn't want to spend much, but also being school holidays didn't have a plethora or choices elsewhere. Prior to our check in we needed to move/add a night and I have to say the reservation staff were excellent in accommodating us and I am so thankful for their effort! The resort itself... More

Front desk staff were brilliant. Helpful, friendly & pleasant to deal with. Rooms were dated but spacious. I booked 4 rooms. They all had a useless very low coffee table that even the little kids couldn't use. So took up space for no value. Room door on 1 room stopped working (card access), my room had no towels, air con... More

On second floor with view of pool. Nicely appointed room enough room for suit cases on floor for easy access. Bed a bit hard . Elevator which was great didn't have to climb stairs. It would have been nice if all patrons had easy access to pool area, not so it seems it has been built for rooms with swimout.... More

We didn't really like the feel of this place. On the photos it looks great but it's just outdated and when your room faces the car park it says it all. Not very relaxing when you are heading away on holidays. It's just basic and I think if you want basic you can find somewhere that is cheaper to stay... More

The resort facility is very tranquil and relaxing, makes you feel as though you are in the middle of your own little rainforest. The nature within the hotel complex makes you fee very calmed and restful. The hotel rooms themselves are slightly dated but clean and comfortable. The hotel pool and swim up bar are great and the restaurant serves... More

This was our first stay on the Whyndham Discovery program. The resort is nice- we loved the swim up bar and pool area. It's a short walk to the beach and the shuttle service to town was excellent (we bought the $80 weekly pass with "Excellence"). The restaurant was a little hit and miss but generally served decent food- I... More

It was a quick visit for a wedding. Neat and spacious rooms. Would loved to have stayed longer once I saw their facilities: resort style setting, massage, pools and tranquil gardens inside large foyer. Would have preferred a ground floor but I did not booked in time. A lot of rooms and appeared very popular.

As we arrived at the hotel and checked in we were told there was only 1 room booked ,when my documents clearly stated that it was 2 rooms.they took at least 15 minutes to sort this out, causing much anxiety to my parents (they were with us as well).the reception didn't say it was all a mistake and all was ok...
