The apartments are spacious but they are tired. Ours was well equipped but the balcony is a meter step with two chairs on it. The pool is reflective of the surrounding rainforests. The trees however block the sun and there are not many lounges if you go in peak times. The food in the restaurant was good and the staff... More

This hotel promises much with rainforest surrounding pool with swim up bar - deluxe accommodation etc. The hotel is looking tired especially the bathrooms, pool very shaded and crowded, lots of leaves in pool, gym very small and claustrophobic with more than 2 people. No balconies and very poor wifi even in pool and reception. However some excellent staff members... More

Booked through Wyndham points for 4 nights with family. 2 x 2 bedroom deluxe rooms. Expected to get two rooms together or nearby. We ended up with different blocks and different floors. I was unable to get this adjusted so my family holiday became very disjointed. Rooms where ok, nothing special. Certainly would not call them deluxe. Lounge was uncomfortable.... More

This would normally be a review of the premises , the facilities and the service Unfortunately this will not be so. Our first indication that things were less than great was when we booked in and found that they had split the family up and our supposed adjoining accommodation with pool views was in fact on opposite sides of the... Amazing place to stay. All staff were happy, friendly and always helpful. The resort itself was incredible, and the pool is to die for! Cannot recommend the restaurant highly enough to anyone - best food out we've ever had! Definitely coming back again sometime very soon!

The Ramada Resort is a solid 3 star hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with room service daily. We didn't get free wifi in our room so had to go to the lobby to connect, which was fine. The property itself is located outside of the main Centre so a car is recommended. We used their concierge to book... More

We loved this place, staying 4 nights. Room was like a mini apartment with full on sink, fridge etc, good beds and a generous bathroom. Good air-conditioning as you would expect although initial location of bed directly under it left a bit to be desired. The layout of this hotel is brilliant - all around a pool with palm trees... Lovely, helpful staff. Great pool, with swim up bar, by the restaurant. Fantastic food, sans the Carbonara. Beautiful layout. Spa was relaxing, bit pricey but worth it if you have the spare dosh. Definitely worth staying, if in this neck of the woods.

Spent 2 very nice weeks at Tree Tops (now Ramada) 16 and 12 years ago it was nice to be back for a 4 day stay. The resort had not changed much - probably in need of some sprucing up here and there - but the pool and recreation are was just as pleasant as it used to be. Rooms... More
