It really depends on expectations. We bought a Groupon voucher which was incredibly good value and we were essentially staying two nights however little time at hotel as a stop over before going elsewhere. I stayed at this hotel when it was Treetop resort and was shocked with how run down the place had got in 6ish years. If I...

Our second time at the Ramada, first time was when it was the Radisson Treetops. Not a lot has changed in 12 years, the main restaurant has disappeared, but the pool is still the same, a nice tranquil setting with lots of pool side lounges, outdoor restaurant & bar. So you can even chill out with a drink or some...

The beautiful pool was not too cold and the lovely trees didn't block out all of the sun. Some shady areas were great. The bar in the pool was very good and we ordered delicious dinners straight to our room. We used the gym which was nice especially when it rained. Great location Close to the beach!!! Love love loved...

My partner and I stay at the Ramada for five nights and we were completely blown away by the friendly staff, our room and resort itself. We would recommend highly to everyone. Loved our little holiday away at the Ramada.

Headed to Port Douglas after a week in Cairns to unwind and explore the Daintree and Mossman Gorge. A great location to travel to the reef. Make sure you hire a car to get around as relying on taxis and shuttles can be inconvenient.

The food was delicious at the resident bar and grill of the Ramada. Service and staff very attentive and courteous. Chef offers some great unique dishes. Would eat there again, only drawback is kids running through wet and with inflatables as this is a poolside restaurant.

My husband and I were booked in for 11 Nights at the Ramada Port Douglas. Never having been to the Resort, or Cairns, in someways it was a gamble but it definitely paid off. We arranged our own transfers to and from the Airport but I believe that service can also be arranged with the Resort directly. We arrived early...

A beautiful place to relax. The pool was designed to take in the ambiance of the tropical surroundings and the restaurant was also incorporated into this. We had the Christmas lunch on offer and was not disappointed it was plentiful food and drink included and the service was amazing to that I say well done to the staff. Our apartment...

I have stayed here a couple of times now but I really find the trees and leaves very unpleasant. It shades the pool area, the water is cool and the leaves litter the pool making it very unpleasant to swim in. They really need to do something about it. Also, please check your bedding as I believe there were bed...

A nice place to relax. Good pool but can get noisy in school holidays. Close to beachnfor lovely walk. A bit far out of townn to walk and shiuttle costs every time you use it. Good parking for hire cars. Generally staff were great except for our check out. Not rude but very short without even asking if the stay...
