We stayed for 2 nights in a terrace apartment on the second level and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment (1 bedroom option) was spacious and had everything included to make our stay comfortable, including a complimentary box of chocolates (thank you!). The kitchen had quality appliances and the ensuite bathroom was very luxurious with lovely toiletries. We loved the...

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that contained all that we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable 7 day stay. On arrival we were surprised with a delicious platter to start our holiday. It was great to be so close to the beach, shops and restaurants and even better to be able to come back and relax by the...

Initially, 2 of 3 bedrooms were locked but after hours management took care of that.. After the building lost power from a storm for 45 minutes, the wifi was down and couldn't be addressed until the following morning. A luxury apartment should have 24 hour maintenance. Actual rooms/beds/baths were very nice and comfortable. kitchen was great. Laundry was great.

Let me start by saying that the location is superb. Being right on the main strip it's a 5 minute (or less!) walk to the beach and a short distance from all the local restaurants and shops. My husband and I checked in after hours (6:30pm) which was a bit of a bummer because there are no reception staff rostered...

These luxury apartments seem to have it all, espicially in the penthouses. A rooftop balcony with swimming pool and spa, BBQ space and internally fantastic sized bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry facilities and a fully kitted out kitchen. Not to mention a central location. I have to mention as well, the pillows and beds in the rooms were the most comfortable...

Pros: stunning european-style apartments. Clean and fully stocked with kitchen utensils. In town close to supermarket and other beachy shops. Cons: no amenities -- no health club and a very small pool in the back. Some of the more expensive units have their own pools. In town but five minute walk to the beach. Not a highly epicurean town. They...

This was a spectacular, luxurious apartment which was extremely comfortable and had every amenity you could require. It is situated right in the heart of Port Douglas and is very convenient for visiting the Daintree Rainforest, Great Barrier Reef and Cape Tribulation. I would thoroughly recommend this property, especially for large groups as the apartments are very spacious. The only...

We stayed three nights at the end of nov. Absolutely loved it! Highlight of our holiday was staying here. Great location easy access to main st shops and restaurants but also quiet too. We also stayed at the Sheraton but coconut grove was way nicer and cleaner! Port Douglas is very expensive in terms of dining out a simple breakfast...

Have just left after a 5 day stay and couldn't be happier with the apartment and service. Having arrived at 10am, after a 36hr journey from UK, we asked to drop our bags as wasn't expecting the place to be ready. The lady at reception, Jo, took our bags and said she can check to see how long till our...
