We stayed here for four nights, and could easily have stayed longer. It was just that easy to settle in to. Breakfasts were great (and included in our case), rooms were quiet, there was plenty of parking and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was zero lift noise, unlike some places. It is on the main road north... More

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are getting many good comments about our restaurant but only a few take the time to put them online. Taking the time to review our restaurant is greatly appreciated and all our staff look forward to seeing you again. I shall pass your comments on to Skye. Thanks More

Arrived late for a one night stay when travelling on business. The website states that all rooms have mini-bar and that there is 24 hour room service. My room had no mini-bar and the late night room service menu at that time was limited to 2 items - a toasted sandwich and the curry of the day. There was no... More

I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. I am glad are staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Sometimes we actually remove mini bars for a variety of reasons, usually its about having sufficient credit. You may of noticed most hotels have permanently removed their mini bars because of lower rates and guests booking... More

We started our North Queensland at Cairns Sheridan Hotel before venturing off onto RV trip. The reception staff were very friendly, foyer a bit cramped. There is a nice restaurant, cafe near the foyer that meets to the swimming pool which is nicely landscaped. The carpeted corridors to the rooms were shabby with old water marks. Walls were chipped and... More

Thank you for your review. Our night manager can be difficult at times to comprehend is demeanour. He says he is being friendly but it just doesn't come across that way. I have spoken to him repeatedly about this and hopefully we can keep him employed here. More

We stayed here one night before flying out of Cairns. The check in was seamless. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The room was a good size and everything was clean. The shower was fantastic! Our flight didn't leave until late the next afternoon and we asked if we could store our luggage while we walked around Cairns for... More

Thank you for your review. As far as hotel restaurants go I think we have one of the best in this town for quality and value. Along with our exceptional service, better in fact than most independent restaurants. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. More

The Hotel was lovely and clean. The City is not too far from the airport, so if you prefer staying in the middle of the city or taking a stroll at the beach in the evening before entering your room, this place isn't what you would chose. Nonetheless, the place is lovely, no complains, the room was beautiful, the Breakfast... More
