We had 4 adults on a weekend away so had 2 adjoining rooms which was an excellent arrangement and the rooms were superb and great value.

This apartment block is in a great location close to restaurants bars and esplanade , our apartment was very clean spacious and comfortable the kitchen was very well equipped with a washing machine , dryer and dish washer. We had a great overall stay. The only massive disappointment was firstly being informed that the swimming pool was out of use I had called a few days early to be told the work was ahead of schedule and would be finished by the time we arrived NOT SO we did get a key to use the next door swimming pool which was like a plunge pool freezing cold with no sun and not very attractive so we didn't use it , they put us on the 6th floor on arrival it sounded like a plane was directly above us the noise was deafening and the room was virtually shaking so requested a room move to be informed the work was only between 9 and 4 and we would be out so what was the issue , still requested the room move which was given thank you PARK REGIS. The manager did see us and showed us around to the pool he was very apologetic about the work in progress it was appreciated. Having said this we still had a good holiday we just walked to the lagoon which was lovely.

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. Front of house reception was quick, efficient and very friendly. The one bed unit we had was very clean well presented with all the amenities you would expect for short term stay.
During our stay owing to the torrential rain Cairns experienced over a few days the building developed a water leak and our carpet was wet. Without hesitation the management moved us to another room immediately we notified them of the problem. The room cleaners were very good and were able to auickly attend to any of our needs in a cooperative and friendly manner.
We were impressed with the whole experience and would certainly stay here again and recommend the property to our friends.

The unit was very spacious with a large verandah, air conditioning, fans, full kitchen and laundry. The king size bed was comfortable but the lounges were rock hard. Limited onsite parking at $15 per night which was full when we arrived so were told we had to park on the street for a fee (some free spots in the centre parks if you are lucky enough to snag one). No onsite restaueant or bar but the hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, bars and the wharf area. Close to the casino and convrrntion centre. There is a pool and bbq area on the roof deck. Reception staff were very professional and friendly.

Staff provided such great service! once checked into our rooms they called the room to make sure everything was okay. we had a little problem with the hand soap not dispensing but someone came up within 5mins to get that fixed right away. We requested a late checkout and they were happy to provide it for free. also after we checked out, our flights werent until 7pm that night and they were happy to store our luggages for the day.
The location is a 10min walk to the Marina which was great for the early wake ups for the Reef cruise tours and also 10min walk to the Esplanade/ night markets.
Rooms were clean and spacious and They had both a fan and aircon in the room so you could choose to switch in between.
Overall a great experience 👍

Nice enough hotel, well-kept room, clean spacious bathroom. I definitely approve of the bulk toiletries in dispensers (instead of single-use little plastic bottles). But there was one housekeeping fail that had me in despair. When I arrive I put my two mandarins, for next morning's breakfast, in the fridge. Next morning the small milk brick, for my coffee, was frozen - and so were my two mandarins. Ruined. I buzzed the frozen milk in the microwave oven to thaw it, but it was curdled. Gah! I bent down to inspect the fridge and found the thermostat had been set to maximum. Sigh. It should NOT be the guest's job to inspect and adjust the fridge functioning before setting in! That should be a box to tick on a housekeeping clipboard!

Booking process was very easy & then I upgraded the booking to an one bedroom apartment without any hassle just over the phone. The rates were so reasonable.
The staff was so friendly & helpful. The hotel was located right next to the beach esplanade in the city where you can access all public transportation options and have plenty of restaurants. The room size, cleanliness & the facilities were superb. Only slight drawback was the slow & weak WiFi, which is negligible compared to the overall experience. Will definitely stay again.

They don't advertise that there is limited parking on site and if they do have a space they charge an extra $15.00 per night. There are no free off street parking nearby. Lack of luggage trollies (I think only one available for such a big place) Location was good as walking distance to shops, warf and esplanade. I would of rated higher if they had free onsite parking.

We chose this hotel for a few reasons, value for money, location was great for walking out to dinner every evening with a wide variety of restaurants close from. The room had everything we needed, tea & coffee, we are brunch and dinner out type of people! The room was spotless and serviced everyday and the bed comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool on the roof deck.
The only negative I could comment on is the $15 a day secure parking!
But all in all would happily recommend and we would go back and stay again

Yes, they also have irons and ironing boards.
I wouldn’t stay here was there last week didn’t have any of the facilities you are after. The room was tiny and had a desk in front of the door you kept bumping into. There would be plenty of better options in cairns to be honest this would not be one
Sorry for late reply. They are very accommodated nag and leave the key and instructions for you in a secure box
Staff were generally friendly and helpful
One did seem a bit distracted during the check-in process but not a big problem
My issue was more with the fittings and look of the room which were not to my taste
