Great location, friendly staff & good hotel facilities. Definitely stay again. Parking expensive but seems to be like that everywhere in Brisbane. Close to all of the shopping, hotels & restaurants. Only thing to really complain about was our room only had a 2-seater lounge which was very uncomfortable but all in all this was a great place to stay.

The team are incredible, location is great. Room is spacious. The room was clean & tidy & the price incredible. We were booked into another hotel on the Gold Coast to be told on arrival that they didn’t have a room. The staff there had no care at all that 2 females had nowhere to sleep & it was already dark. We sat in their car park & finally found The Oaks & most importantly Jess who listened to what had happened & made us feel at ease immediately. We arrived in the middle of night & everything was so smooth & organised for us. Would recommend The Oajs Festival Suites to anyone.

Smelt like piss but overall experience is good, we didn’t really stay inside for lone as we only been in at night time. The couch smelt like pissed all over couldn’t even sit on it as the smell was really bad. But the pool and spa were good.

Damp, poorly furnished, great view of neighbours at level 27 room 06, just 15 mtrs to see into next building apartments. Soul-less suite with chipped furniture, very dirty shower. This is a 2 start property at best.

The rooms were bright and clean. Central location. Down side was the night work outside the hotel started about 2000 till 0400. The noise was made worst by the balcony door being broken. Advise reception but nothing done during our 3 night stay. We only got about 3 hours sleep each night.

The room we get was really clean and spacious! The front counter staff were always willing to assist and were always smiling. Courteous and Polite. Also great location. Me and my partner enjoyed our time and would like to stay here again on our next visit.

When i travel to Brisbane i generally stay at the Oaks hotels but this was my first at the festival Suites and i will make this my No 1 now. it has everything i need from washing machine and clothes dryer to plentty of room to spread out.

Great location central to everything. Good service and clean tidy rooms. The facilities on the gym floor are good. We got to use this area whist we waited for our room. Rooms are a good size with good kitchen and faculties all you need for a short to longer term stay.

Booking was easy, instructions for car parking prior to arriving were easy to follow. Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and quick to book us in, the room was immaculate, beds and pillows were comfortable, nice shower with plenty of hot water, Aircon was quiet and cool. view from suite was amazing.
