Lovely hotel. Check in was quick and easy, very attentive staff. Lovely room. The bed was king size with a fabulous mattress. Had a great sleep each night, which really is most important.. I get a good sleep I am ready to go the next day. Great location.. close walk to just about anything you could need. Concierge was very...

Right in the heart of Brisbane CBD, walking distance to everything. Bed & bedding was amazing. Bathroom was good, starting to age a little, but very clean and neat none the less. My only gripe is the very minimalist lighting in the room

It's a good location for sight seeing around Brisbane as very central (above central station) and a short walk to shopping and good restaurants (Madam Wu on and the river). The hotel is average with some parts looking tired so you are paying for the good location not a 5 star experience.

Your receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The girl first said that she couldn't find my booking with my surname and then asked my first name, still couldn't find it. It was until I showed her my booking itinerary then she realised that the way pronouncing my first name was not what she 'would normally do' and rudely she showed back...

Very professional and courteous and just lovely to talk to. Check-in was a breeze and was completed within a few minutes. Our room was a suite room and far exceeded our expectations. The décor was...

Management very bad in most areas. Most receptionist not helpful. Service not of usual standard service. Lot facilites closed in one busiest time of year. The pool the bar and coffee shop not available. Certainly poor value for cost . Had recommended to fellow tennis followers who were disappointed

Stayed over Christmas 2016. Close to everything in Queen Street. King George Square was a hive of activity over the holidays and it was fantastic to be able to be able to stroll over from the hotel. Staff at the concierge and front desk were great. Best of all was Talea(not sure if I've spelt it correctly) who works at...

Comfortable room, great location and excellent concierge service. All staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit expensive but good range of food in buffet. Short distance to shops and restaurants.
