Nice view from balcony of river, however parking is expensive at $39 and it is tricky to find a spot to park to check in and get access to the car park. Getting out of the car park is also extremely tight and very tricky to not scratch your car. There is a Wilsons car park across the road. Apartments are ok

Hotel's Favorite
Efficient and friendly staff and allowed us an early check in. Location is excellent and the beds are extremely comfortable. The size of the two bed apartment was impressive and the views up and down the Brisbane river were tremendous. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were really clean and well maintained. Woukd definitely recommend.

Very clean and tidy apartment with decent space. Great view of the river and bridge. Super comfy mattress and pillows. Showers very small corner types but ok. The room really needed repainting as there was some highly dodgy touch up work done but I couldn’t care. I stayed here for business but with the family. There’s a convenience store right next door and heaps of restaurants VERY close by. Just don’t use their car park if you have a large SUV as the ramp turns are ridiculously tight. I have front and back and side cameras and sensors and I had to make 7 point turns while literally 1cm off both walls simultaneously. Zero chance to do it without the cameras and our Santa Fe isn’t THAT large. The lap pool, gym and surrounds are basic but nice. I’d definitely stay there again but I’d bring our smaller car.…

The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and the staff are very courteous and helpful. I would love to return for another stay. Its proximity to shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as being a mere 10-minute walk from the casino, makes it an ideal location for staying, shopping, and enjoying nightlife.

Staff need to be more pleasant and they should all be in a uniform so you know who is staff and cleaners and plumbers and odd job people should not share a lift with customers we were only there one night 4 times ended up in basement

Staff were pleasant and helpful on check in and departure. No complaints regarding staff. The 2 bedroom apartment I Stayed in was over $500 per night and was clean but could do with updated furnishings, carpet and paint. The ceiling fan in the room I slept in would only work with the light on. I slept with the light on all night. It was dim but it was on. I could not turn it off with the fan/light remote. I followed instructions on the wall. This did not work. Friends stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that was lovely - so I would still stay here again but ask for a nicer room for my $

Firstly it looks no where near as good as the photos as don't many hotels but that wasn't the issue. The lifts were a major issue and quite frankly are dangerous. I spent what felt like most of my stay waiting for the lift and it Skipping floors for pick up and drop off . I spoke with Cabin crew in the lifts who said they have missed flights waiting for them. On the day off check out I got to reception 25 min after I left the room riding the lift and it not stopping at ground floor and constantly taking me back up. Closest I have come to an anxiety attack. Every guest we passed was in disbelief they were allowing the hotel to be operating with the state of the lifts.

Great location. We booked this hotel as we were attending a party/function in a restaurant along the riverfront. Walking distance to everything in the city and along the river side. Absolutely incredible night time view of the bridge, was beautiful to see from our balcony.
