Location and services are unbeatable. Easy parking and quick check-in feels like own home. Balcony offers relaxing view of CBD. Delicious Lambert club sandwich was best in breakfast. Staff is also good at recognising you and the warm hospitality will pull me again.

Great experience! Perfect location with easy access to all Brisbane has to offer. Nicely appointed rooms with clean and tidy common areas. Parking a bit short of supply but not end of world. Great experience and look forward to returning in the near future

Gorgeous room, staff are all so nice and helpful.breakfast was really good, would love to know how they get their tomatoes so tasty. This hotel is so close to the river and easy to get about in the city. Going to sleep in bed with great linen watching the lights of the city is so marvelous. Fingers crossed we can experience The Eagles Nest on level 12 before we go home. We will be back

We’re here now. We booked a suite with a River view balcony. Weather prediction isn’t great but with the great reviews of the roof deck we thought it would be fun. And invited some Local friends to join us at the bar.I wish we had stayed at home. 1. As I checked in I asked the bar hours and was told we couldn’t use it. Didn’t I get the email YESTERDAY that we had to book if we wanted a drink there - oh maybe you didn’t get it - no we didn’t. “oh you may not have got it by now - them when? 2. I was then told I’d better book my included breakfast or I’d miss out on that too! You’ve got to be kidding me. - I have to guess what time we’re going to wake up on a Sunday morning … 3. I advised I only booked so we could go to Eagles Nest - they asked me if I wanted them to find some other hotel for me - no at this stage I wanted to turn around and drive back to the Gold Coast! We just arrived why would I want to spend our afternoon being shifted because they don’t have the customer service to communicate. I said to her “bad review then”? Receptionist just looked at me, didn’t apologize, didn’t offer anything in compensation - I’m quite disgusted there isn’t half 4 I emailed and received a response that we didn’t have to reserve parking. We got there and had the choice of parking in what is usually the exit laneon a corner. We didn’t want our $150+K car getting side swiped so instead had to park in the Tesla’s parking where a young man had to take our keys should he need to move it - not happy with someone not knowing our car to drive it 5. The suite is bare! not a single plate or knife to eat the cheese etc with 6 The balcony is small, Noisy, right on the highway, loud, the room dark low ceilings. 7. Receptionist said I’ve couldn’t enjoy the top floor views (my partner I loves photographer and wanted to at keast take some photos) as the receptionist informed us it was to do with capacity, as people dont always stay as long as you think, We thought we might go up and see if that was the case but they had “no access private function” signs in the lift at 2pm My recommendation - find anywhere else

Dear Leana, Thank you for your input which will assist us in maintaining the high standards our guests expect. Both Lamberts and Eagles Nest Brisbane are premium Brisbane venues and reservations are always highly recommended as they book out quickly, particularly during the festive season and while COVID-19 capacity restrictions remain in place. The hotel offers complimentary parking to all guests which in most Brisbane hotels is charged at a $40-$50 daily rate. We tried to accommodate your request for an alternative park by utilising the Tesla recharging station which is rarely used and therefore wouldn’t have necessitated your car being moved. It is standard practice for experienced hotel Concierge staff to move guest vehicles if required. We look forward to delivering the perfect guest experience when next you stay. Safe travels, Aaron

Staying here now as my son is in hospital at Greenslopes. My experience has been great! I am in deluxe room which is fine, practical and clean but the service from everyone has been outstanding. Yvonne in the restaurant is a power horse, with great customer service and a personal touch. Yeah its a bit out of centre but free shuttle no dramas!!
