I have stayed at the sapphire resort now on a number of occasions. It's location is perfect to allow a nice stroll to Suncorp Stadium on a night that the Broncos are playing and I can also head to Queen Street Mall after the game for a few hours before heading back to bed. Rooms are very well priced and... More

Firstly they wanted an extra $150 at check, that should have been paid all up through the app we purchased the room through. So for $250 per night we could have stayed somewhere nicer where the toilet didn't run all night and the lights worked. There was a single headboard stuck to the wall with a double bed against it.... Rooms clean, staff very helpful and pleasant. Book in advance and direct with motel to get a good price. Short walk to supermarket and West End restaurants. Twenty minute walk to South Bank. No micro in room, but one on ground floor for guest use.

The filling of the toilet made a dreadful noise and bathroom cupboards were water damaged but not a big deal. So... More

stayed for 2 nights before moving down the Coast, clean and tidy, under cover car park, close to all amenities, but they did not offer the rate that was advertised on their site but proximity to 'downtown' made up for this.

The strong point of this hotel is the location, only a short walk to all the South Bank entertainment. Otherwise, it is clean, basic with a small pool. This hotel must be hot in summer as the aircon is too noisy to sleep with, and if the room is on the street then it is also too noisy to sleep... More
