This hotel is well situated right opposite the Queensland art gallery, museum, modern art gallery and food/restaurant precinct. All within walking distance. Could have been a really decent place to stay - but as it is, a hotel that is tired and in dire need of a total overhaul both inside and out. Stayed there for 3 days. First day...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as I had to work at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre over the weekend. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to South Brisbane train station and the Convention Centre so conveniently located. Near the hotel are quite a few trendy looking restaurants. The closest supermarket/convenience store is an IGA...

Often choosing a hotel for a couple of nights in a capital city is equivalent to playing accomodation roulette. Thanks to the observations of my fellow TripAdvisors, I took the gamble and was delighted by the results. Simply put, of you are going to an event in the Southbank area, this is THE place to stay...central location, free parking, swimming...

If visiting Brisbane for a short stay a great place to stopover. The rooms are very clean, not the most up to date and the bathrooms are a little tired but spotless. The biggest plus for staying here is the FREE underground secure car park. Most hotels require a payment if they have a space. Location is excellent just a...

My husband, our 11yr old son and I stayed at this hotel on the 28-30 Dec 2016. Location is great! ~ close to QPAC ( reason for our stay as we watched a play), the Musem, Gallery, Southbank. Train station is walking distance. Our 1 bedroom room needed refurbishment. ~ furnitures needed replacement. Kitchen was equipped but with mismatched items....

Room was small and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. Bathroom tiles were dirty and I had to go out and buy a pair of thongs to wear whilst showering ( as a matter of fact, I wore them on all floor surfaces in the room as it didn't feel clean at all). Even walked over to Target...

We travelled from Rockhampton to Brisbane for a family/business trip and found this hotel on Booking.com. We arrived very late and were greeted by a very helpful Jim who was friendly and inviting. This was great, especially after the long trip we had just endured. The Hotel was located a short distance from the art galleries and all South Bank...

Stayed here on the Wed just gone to see a BBL game at the Gabba. Great location. The studio room is small & the bathroom was tiny but very clean & cosy feeling. It suited us as we were only there for the one night & were hardly there except to sleep. However upon arriving back late on a very...

1 bedroom apartment. Clean and tidy. I slept on the pull out sofa bed (lounge room) which was extremely comfortable. 2 girls on a weekend away. We walked all around Southbank over to the botanical gardens then on to Queen St. We seen "Matilda " at QPAC. This motel is so close to all of the above. Great price and...

I stayed overnight - after a sleepless overnight flight and a big day at work - when I seen a pretty busy Brisbane bridge right beside this hotel I was very worried about noise being a light sleeper. However it did not bother me at all (I was on the bottom floor). I had the best sleep od my life...
