Lift was a little small. 1 bedroom apt is spacious. Tv was not working in the hall. Cable was not even fixed. Hall is a good size with sofas and seperate dining area with 4 chairs round dining table. Good size kitchenette. Gym is pathetic. Bathroom is small. Think japan concept. Overall is a good stay. Will recommend.

The hotel is in a good location, close to most attractions and main shopping area. The one bedroom apartment with balcony was comortable. The main reasons for the average rating was the housekeeping service ( down on staff numbers so room not cleaned for a day and reception not all that interested when informed of the situation) and no seating... No doubt, a great experience. Front office staff, Monique did a great job. Upgraded us to a suite and assisted us with a few queries on restaurants and airport drop. 20th Floor suite was comfortable and large space. more of apartment kind. Did not have time to enjoy the breakfast. walking distance to attractions and restaurants.

We have stayed at this particular Sebel many times over the past few years & it honestly is the most central location in the CBD. The rooms are clean & spacious. And nicely renovated too. The locale to the mall is great, but also only a short walk to eagle street pier & also a great array of restaurants &... More

I have stayed at this hotel many many times. It is well located, clean, comfortable and the service is usually spot on. On this occasion I booked for 2 nights on a rate that included breakfast. Unfortunately the restaurant is being refurbished at present so breakfast was on the 5th floor in one of the conference rooms. Breakfast the first... More

Welovetravelling01 thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at The Sebel Brisbane. We were greatly disappointed to read of your experience in our temporary restaurant. We have clearly missed the mark as we should never run out of stock and an order for poached eggs should not take anywhere near this long. Your comments have been... More

nice place and atmosphere. If you find a samsung charger in the room, I accidently left it there!! Only gripe is the noisy garbage guys in the streets below, other than that it was nice. Would definately stay there again for the location

Comfy bed, quite nice room and renovated bathroom. Good central city location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and the Queen St Mall. Also walking distance to the train station or a short cab ride if you have luggage and are on the way to the airport. Staff were friendly.

Sebel have suites -- a bit more space with a mini kitchen - for the price of a hotel room. So you don't feel you are making a cup of coffee in the wardrobe. Service is efficient and friendly. Location is incredible. Parking is not included but is not at silly Brisbane parking prices.

We booked into this hotel to join my brother and wife from Melbourne. The weather was rather wet, we parked out front and was greeted by a very friendly reception. We chose Valet parking which suited us as easier for them to park and get car than us. We had a king room on 22nd floor was great wonderful bed... More

Hotel was good, although they were undergoing restaurant renovations so breakfast was served in a meeting room, and there was no bar - although you could ring for drinks, it lacked any atmosphere. No acknowledgement of Accor platinum membership, so no room upgrade, when it clearly states a room upgrade to the best room in the hotel is included.
