After reading other reviews of this hotel, I decided to spend three nights there-and was not disappointed! We had arrived on an early morning flight and thought we'd try our luck with a (very) early check in...no problems they said, which was much appreciated. In fact, all our interactions with reception staff throughout our stay were outstanding, nothing was ever...

The Royal Albert Hotel was perfectly located for inner Brisbane business, shopping and transit. The rooms are clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. The bathrooms are large with updated features. The desk staff was very helpful with directions, information and transit.

Hadn't stayed here for awhile and heard they had done some renovating. The bathrooms look new but overall some rooms are still bit tired. It has a nice feel to it though and is in a great location and good kitchenette set up. We had problem with lack of hot water and it was dealt with promptly and professionally.

Immaculate room. Wonderful staff. They park your vehicle for you and have it ready when you need it at a drop of a hat. We have stayed here many times and have never had any issues. Aircon is amazing!

Looked for an overnight stay where we didn't need the car to get around. What can I say. Excellent location right in the middle of everything. Friendly staff. Huge rooms. Off Street Parking ($22). Perfect.

I often stay at the Royal Albert for business and occasionally for family holidays. At all time our experience has been exceptional. The location can't be beaten. And the customer service is outstanding.

This is a regular place for us to stay because the room sizes are comparatively large to cater for our two small children, the service is exceptional and the overall experience matches the price. It is also useful to be in the centre of town (and if parking is required the rates are acceptable).
