We stayed at the hotel for a wedding. We booked 2 rooms so that my parents could stay and babysit our 5 month old. At the time of booking (several months earlier) I called to request that the rooms be on the same level for this reason. On check in they said there was no note of this request and they could not facilitate it. I was then shocked to see a what appears to be a double bed in the room when it’s advertised as a large bed. I was informed it was a standard Queen but if so it’s the smallest I’ve seen. The aircon was poor and the road noise from the 12th floor was loud. Wound not recommend.

Apartment with balcony with bedroom views and spacious living area. Very central location in the city along the river. Access to city center only a walk away along with plenty of good restaurants. Couldn't ask for more.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom river view. Absolutely beautiful: massive verandah with view of Brisbane River, the Story Bridge and Kangaroo Point. The apartment was massive and very nicely furnished. Overall a great value for money and stay.

Luxurious apartment with views of Story Bridge and Brisbane River. Pool and spa didn’t appear to be heated. Not a hot spa. The lounge Suite had seen better days for such an expensive apartment. Leather was split.

Really well located in the city. The staff were excellent and even managed to check us in early which was wonderful. 3 bedroom unit has some visible wear and tear. Some hair found in main bedroom/bath

We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. The staff and ladies were very helpful and kind and down to earth. Everything we asked for was provided. I rate them a 5 as a business. Rooms could be a little bit more updated in cleaning and maintenance but all in all was comfortable. Maybe a bigger couch for groups bigger than 4. We ended up swinging the dinning chairs around or sitting at the table to watch tv. But we still enjoyed ourselfs. Facilities were clean and great to use. Perfect area to get around Brisbane's main areas and plenty too do :) Would diffently stay again, and also tell others about it. Over all experience was great :)

Stayed at Mantra on the Quay for 2 nights as weekend getaway for a large group of friends. Hotel itself is good and location is also good. Beds a are little firm though. Biggest problem was that they had overbooked and one group in our party was moved to another hotel on the other side of the city which was a massive inconvenience :(

Found all staff very friendly and helpful. Location was good and had good view of Brisbane river from apartment. Extremely focused on COVID-19 cleanliness (ie every glass was individually wrapped in clingwrap).

We stayed 2 nights. The rooms were clean and tidy, well appointed. We noticed that there were no cooking utencils and when we called the desk we were advised they had to take them out due to COVID-19. They very quickly were able to supply us with what we needed to cook. The staff were lovely and very helpful with directions to local shops.

The view was great and the service very friendly as always. Great location close to city and restaurants. Occasionally a bit noisy due to weekend party goers and 3am bin truck (but I do have a light sleep).
