I have stayed at The Calile several times for business since it opened, always for a week or so at a time. Most recently I had the pleasure and privilege of staying for a month. A stay of that duration tends to reveal the day to day, highs and lows of any busy hotel. The Calile rivals many of the 5 star hotels globally in which I have stayed and sits well above the top tier hotels in Australia. It is chic, warm, beautifully designed and the perfect room size. In short The Calile is unparalleled in Australia. What is rare to find in staff in most hotels, is pride. Pride is what the staff at The Calile have in spades - and with very good reason. Without exception the staff genuinely care that the guest experience is memorable and treasured in every way. To Rob Unson and the entire team a hearty and well deserved congratulations ! Thank you all.

My partner and I stayed in a pool view room. Everything from the room to the pool to the dining was the best I’ve ever experienced. I work in a job where I stay in hotels across the world and The Calile was by far the best. I just wish I had more time there.

We had the best stay at the Calile. We went away for our anniversary here as it was close to home and we were nervous to book over the border or too far away. It was absolute luxury and the service was amazing. Seriously couldn’t fault it!

My mother and I recently stayed at The Calile for her birthday and it was the most special experience. Hands down the best customer service we have received in a very long time. And it was consistent across the board from the staff at reception to the team at the restaurant to the guys working the valet. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and accommodating to our needs. On top of that, the food at Hellenika was absolutely incredible. We can’t stop raving to family and friends about it. I highly recommend the lamb, and even after you have eaten so much food and cannot eat anymore, you must order the Bougatsa for dessert. Delicious! I won’t even begin to describe the aesthetics or beautiful design of the hotel itself because it’s obviously stunning! The pictures just don’t do it justice and you have to go and see for yourself. We are now thinking of more excuses to come back and stay at the hotel and eat our way through the entire menu at Hellenika. 10 out of 10. Thanks Calile Team ❤️
