Clean facilities. I stayed in the 4 share female dorm and was happy with the room. Room had limited space for luggage, when four are staying, but this wasn't a real problem. The car park was very small and tight, but it is good that it is free (it's the CBD of Brisbane!), if you have a vehicle. Otherwise a...

The rooms are minimal. The facilities are basic. The service is not at all kind or welcoming. You have to pay for internet use, deposite for plates and cutlery and there is not pool. The only thing that i found good is the location... Aprox. 20 min from west end and south Brisbane. Now true... You are not in the...

I have stayed in hotels throughout my life, yet it was the first time that management refused to give me an extra blanket when I said I was cold at night. Extremely unfriendly, the guy would rather have me freeze than give me an extra blanket. He said that the bed already had a blanket (a 2mm blanket not warm...

I stayed 2 nights in a 4-dorm. The room was clean but a bit tiny for 4 people as we all had quite a big luggage. Restrooms were clean as well and we could enjoy a free hair dryer. I though it was a bit far from CBD but overall, it was alright

Not too happy with the place. It is old and mouldy in some areas. While it has linean includes, I was suprised to know that if didn't include towels, so I had to pay extra for it. This was extremely disapointing! Probably will not return.

Overall not bad, we stayed in a double room for a night, tiny room, kind of like a prison cell but you get what you pay for. Just a foam mattress and only get a thin blanket so not that warm in the winter. Kitchen is pretty standard. Nice outdoor areas, especially rooftop, good view onto the river and surroundings....

Arrived for the first night of our three night stay in a private room. Mother and myself. Private room appeared fine until I pulled the bin out and it had used condoms in it. Also hair over bed. Told the staff member on that night (who was lovely) and then told we couldn't speak with manager until the morning. Another...

We enjoyed a 3 day sentence in Chill Backpackers. The descent into the basement reception for check in was an ominous sign and should have been a warning. After check in we ascended to new heights to find our room, and stepped out of the lift to find a dark, cramped corridor. Our room was the next surprise on the...

Myself and two others stayed in a private triple room for 3 nights. Overall Chill served our purpose and we did enjoy our time in Brisbane. Room: the room was quite small but clean and did have shelves which we could put our bags on which was good. Staff were also friendly and helpful upon arrival. Kitchen: the kitchen was...

The location is great, the satff was friendly, great view, the kitchen is practical and they have good ideas, but the rooms are tiny, you can't open the windows and there are no courtains (if there are, it's just one, which covers half the window). I'm not sure who designed the girls bathroom, but it's obvious that palcing a showerhead...
