We made a big mistake in booking 5 nights in the "Lounge" with shared facilities. But we were stuck with it, as we have flown up from Cairns and couldn't change dates. Location is great, and everybody is very friendly. Great if you like fishing, other than this we did a trip to the tip ($198 each) and went over...

We stay in one of the A-framed huts every year we come up to go fishing with the best guide up there, Tim Freebody from Cape York Custom Sportfishing. The huts sleep 6 ( however we only have 3 staying ) and the facilities are basic but good enough. All you want after a full day fishing is a good...

Excellent location especially if you can get hut on the front with beach views. Amenities were good and clean. Showers would have been better if there was a shower curtin or something so your clothes and towel didn't get wet. The only thing missing is a bar/bistro type venue like loyalty beach. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

We stayed in a cottage for the night before and after a day trip to TI. We had not booked so it was a case of walking in and taking what was available. It was not on the sea front but was nearly as expensive. The cottage was clean and well equipped although the bed in the main bedroom took up...

We used this holiday park as a base when we visited "The Cape". We towed our off road camp trailer and there was enough room to set up and still be comfortable but this was helped due to our friends next door camping in a tent. There was a grass surface to camp on as well. There was a nice...

We booked an A-frame (sleeps 6) which was right on the beach. A bonus as there was a full kitchen, complementary tea and coffee provided, king size bed and single bed downstairs, together with bathroom and laundry, with three more single beds upstairs. Cost was $247.50 per night for the two of us and an extra $30 per person up...

My wife and I stayed in the share accommodation for 1 night (nothing else available). To be honest its very basic for the price you pay - $135 a night for a small room with two single beds and a bar fridge. You share a bathroom and kitchen with 7 other rooms. To be fair you pay a premium for...

Really clean and well maintained park. They have many scattered toilet/showers so you never have to walk far which was nice, prevented line ups. The power spots looked awesome, covered with sinks and outlets. The beach was beautiful and makes for gorgeous sunsets with the island in front too. The front office has lots of information about the area and...
