Arriving in Darwin, the heat just hits you like a bus, even coming from Cairns! It's quite simple to get into town travelling by shuttle it only takes around 20 minutes or so and the return ticket is about AU$30. To book the return you can just ask your host at reception and they can organise when to be picked...

Pros - Umm, let me think. Location, I guess? - Kitchen is decent. - Relatively cheap place in Darwin. You will learn why. Cons - Visible drug-abusing residents here. The staff are rude and lazy to show you room, no wifi, alot of old men around likes of a nursing home. Self confessed pepdofiles stay there. No cooking utensils. Manages office in pool area overlooking pool with one sided glass and no curtains. Creepy place.

A small hicup with my room on arrival but got sort out by the team members . Room I eventually got was basic clean tidy comfy. Needed more plug sockets. Just about got my sea view. Pool was awesome clean and refreshing.
