Fantastic 'superior' room in luxury resort, in the heart of the desert. Service was superior. Room was large with two double beds; bathroom has two basins. Hot water was plentiful and adequate pressure. Room very clean. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the resort, Is that there was so much to see that we hardly got much... More

Such luxury in the desert. Comfortable, clean, great amenities, good wifi, good choice of restaurants. Would recommend to anyone. Staff all exceptionally well trained, and all friendly and efficient. The grounds are also lovely, with many varieties of Australian native plants to admire

We stayed at the Sails on our trip to Uluru and it was a very well located hotel with a staff that was incredibly welcoming and helpful in setting up activities. We had an early morning flight in but they checked us in 5 hours before checkin time and did not charge us for early checkin. The room was mediocre,... More

Our room could have been better. Told that ants are common problem in Desert, each room has spray can in closet. Safe needed new battery too. Buffet meals we had very high quality. Very convenient to the Rock. Much better than commuting from Alice Springs

We had a four day break ticking off the bucket list. We were met at the airport, identified our luggage when wecarrivedvatbthe hotel and next saw it in our room. The room was spacious comfortable and clean. The only problem was that it was about as far away as it possibly could have been. We did check to see if... More

Hotel sold as a 5-star hotel is instead a big American-style mass with standard amenities and many deficiencies for Europeans. A maximum of 4 stars but only for services not available to quality. Expensive compared to the offer not recomended because Around there are others similar and less expencieves. The resort is a unique Big complex so make not a... More

Attractive design both outside and inside the hotel. Spacious guest room well-equipped with modern facilities, overlooking the courtyard of greenery from the balcony. Friendly and helpful staff responding quickly to requests. Fine food and quality service in the restaurant. Everything will be perfect if the worn out fixtures in the bathroom are replaced.

Sails in the Desert is a wonderful resort. From the moment we arrived from the airport in our hire car, we were very well looked after. As we checked in, our bags were taken to our room. Check in staff provided information about the resort and tours available, plus where to meet the bus for pick ups. We had a... More

Huge hotel, well equipped and managed. Rooms - Big rooms, spread across the grounds so everyone gets a view of the pool. Some are a couple of floors up, and others are closer to the restaurant, so request what you prefer. Food - Breakfast is brilliant. Dinner is also great, but the restaurant is super busy in August so you... More

Excellent location and accommodation, brilliantly organisation of tours and pickups. Facilities and staff were superb and would definitely visit again if we get the chance too. The heated pool meant that the kids could go swimming even though we were visitors in Winter.
