Excellent resort with excellent staff. Thank you to all staff at Sails but special mention firstly to Allen who drove me back to the airport to pick up my phone that I had left on the plane as well as his supervisor for arranging. The restaurant and cafe staff were exceptional. Thank you to Kelsey, Jack, Brodie and of course... More

An attractive entry with invitingly presented displays and an accessible bar plus genuinely superior rooms and a contemporary design in a confronting context - hard to ask for more from Sails but the staff provide it.

A wonderful treat for my 75th Birthday. The two dinners at the restaurant were superb with Coffin Bay oysters. Large king prawns and delightful chefs who will cook what you desire. A great appartment overlooking white gums and a delightful garden surrounded by natural red Sandhills with flowering wattles and spring time native flowers. Staff were friendly and helpful. We... We are just back from 3 nights staying in Sails in the Desert, part of a package from Flight Centre. We had a superior room, all very lovely, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Buffet breakfast each morning, and more than enough to eat. And good coffee too for the fussy one. I have to say the staff were so very... More

The room was clean, but a little worn. Service was great. Shower and bath were very spacious. Beds and linens were sumptuous. This is a hot and dusty place. Beautiful with so many things to see and do. The heat can zap your energy. That's when it is time to hit the pool. Recommend participating in the free activities the... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. Upon arrival, there was a long line to check in so we decided to have lunch after a 3.5hr flight at their bar side restaurant. There were hardly any vegetarian options available. We were left to order only from the menu as the staff upon inquiry told us that they would not be able... More

Fantastic 'superior' room in luxury resort, in the heart of the desert. Service was superior. Room was large with two double beds; bathroom has two basins. Hot water was plentiful and adequate pressure. Room very clean. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the resort, Is that there was so much to see that we hardly got much... More

Such luxury in the desert. Comfortable, clean, great amenities, good wifi, good choice of restaurants. Would recommend to anyone. Staff all exceptionally well trained, and all friendly and efficient. The grounds are also lovely, with many varieties of Australian native plants to admire

We stayed at the Sails on our trip to Uluru and it was a very well located hotel with a staff that was incredibly welcoming and helpful in setting up activities. We had an early morning flight in but they checked us in 5 hours before checkin time and did not charge us for early checkin. The room was mediocre,... More
