I really enjoyed staying at the Outback Pioneer. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I would not recommend the walkup window for food. The female behind the counter never smiled and I never got sick, but the food didn't look the freshest. There's a nice gift shop and a star gazers...

Best hotel, separate bungalows, great service, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The bar is a great place to relax Aussie style, with great Aussie music playing. The bus tour and walks are great with excellent service and snacks. Great for a family holiday.

Given the location you can't expect much else. The hotel caters for both travelers and backpackers but the price you pay for a standard room, you're treated like a backpacker. The room is comfortable and clean but there is no housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights and the room was never serviced. The outdoorssurrounding the rooms is very untidy, rarely swept...

our last night in Yulara went here for dinner, lovely atmosphere staff most attentive. Presentation of food excellent. I had the barramundi it was delicious, entrée and dessert were chosen from buffet with good choices. My colleague had the chicken roulade presentation was more like fine dining. Can definitely recommend this restaurant. It was a 5 minute walk from where...

We stayed in the hotel section. The cost of the room was prohibitive. On the positive side, the room was a reasonable size and the air conditioner worked well. On the negative there were mouse droppings in the room...quite a few. Also I made the mistake of deciding to wash my hair that day, which (for me) requires a hair...

The unfortunate thing is you have no choice but to stay somewhere in Yulara if you want to have easier access to Uluru for the sunrise. The alternative is to stay in Alice Springs and undertake the 415 km drive ( 1000 + Kms return) in your hire car or on a bus/ coach/ organised trip. So Yulara has you...

Stayed here for 1 night as part of an Uluru tour. Very good in a good location near to Uluru. Eat here for dinner for 1 night and also has an excellent outback Aussie pub. Staff very helpful in fact when I was here my rucksack zip broke and they gave me a replacement rucksack for nothing. Would definitely stay...

Vikas is a true hotelier that is absolutely a very highly courteous, welcoming, charming and professional manager indeed! This guy knows his stuff and I won't be surprised if I open a magazine one day and see him as the CEO of a major international five star hotel chain. Thank you VIKAS!

This is the cheapest rooms available other than the campground. Whoever owns this place is charging a huge amount for basic bunk room accommodation. The blanket folded on the bed when opened was fun of ants. Beetles and grasshoppers ran or hopped around the room. The camp kitchen didn't have saucepans, crockery or cutlery. The buffet was uncooked meat minimum...

When we booked to stay at Ayers Rock our travel agent was embarrassed he could only book us into the lodge not the hotel, but he need not have worried. The lodge accommodation is fine, two bunk beds in a room with private facilities. Kettle, tv, fridge and good free wifi....all you need for a one night stay. Dined in...
