As the title suggests, I'm in the bush and while I'm not keen on camping, this was a really good place to stay as I didn't want a 5 star hotel. The name of the place was perfectly suited to what you get. I'm our case, extremely happy with the rooms and facilities. Staff were mainly very good but some... More

Very Good, All staff were wonderful and helpful, The restaurant was great for both evening meal and breakfast, both at a reasonable price. Evening entertainment was good. I was expecting a noisy place considering were it was but was very surprised at how quiet it was. The only down point were that we were bitten quite a lot but that... More

A great bar, eager staff, live music and good food. I really enjoyed my time at the Outback Pioneer - I mostly got meals from the hatch by the bar but you can get more fancy meals from The Bough House restaurant. The meals from the hatch a very good and reasonably priced and the bar is always good -... More

Stayed 2 nights when visiting Uluru. Our room was clean and comfortable. No free wifi but then this resort is in the middle of nowhere (I mean the resort, not the hotel). We didn't eat here so can't comment but there are a couple of options available. Swimming pool.

We booked for 3 nights and initially it was thought we would have to change rooms to accommodate us. On arrival at the Hotel the Manager organised a change of room and we were in the same room for 3 nights. Clean, comfortable room. We ate at the Restaurant the second night and had the most entertaining person serve us.... More

We stayed in one of the basic lodges, this being the only room in town on the dates we were there. They consist of a smallish building divided into four rooms which are fairly basic but clean with a decent bed, a fridge and TV. The downside is lack of plumbing, you have to use communal ablutions.

I was here just for one night, and it was enough. The hotel is beautiful but the room are very dirty. I was in a shared room for 4 people, nobody was inside when I arrived and the room was dirty yet. The toilets are cleaned few times considering the number of people that use them during the day. It's... More

We stayed here from the 4 to 7 August during our visit to Ayers Rock. The price tag of over $300/ night is generally expensive to start with. However, bearing in mind that this is the closest and yet lowest cost hotel you could find at Uluru, I must say that this is the most reasonably priced as compared to... More

Cheap accommodation in mixed dorm, beds very comfortable and bedding very clean. Although 4 bed dorm is small, didn't really matter as not much time was spent in there. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Alcohol and food expensive but the location is great. If you want to go for a swim in the pool do it when it is... More

Rooms well spread out over large desert property and are comfortable, clean & spacious. More economical than Sails or Desert in the Sands but just as convenient with shuttle bus going every 20 mins around resort or a short 10 min walk across Desert Park to shops.
