We stayed here on the weekend, first of all the rooms were all messed up, we were suppose to get a queen and single bed but only got a queen bed luckily our son didn't come away with us as he would of had no where to sleep. We got settled in our room and went to go to the... More

The new owners that have taken over the motel are absolutely wonderful! My husband and I were travelling with our two cats for the first time and our experience was beyond any of our expectations. The owners are very receptive and provide impeccable customer service. We would very happily stay there again if we are passing through Wagga 😊

Booked three rooms for a night. Very old run down place. Beds OK but no hot showers in any of the rooms. Managed to begrudgingly get a key, from the grumpy old owner, for another room (with hot water) for the 9 of us to share. "Oh s*#* I'll have to get it fixed again." In the morning asked the... More

Management response:

As the owner of the Allonville Gardens Motel this guest was unjust in the comments left in his review. Facts that he reported were untrue and the photos that were posted are false too. His groups arrived a 11:55 pm rang the intercom and asked to check which was fine then came back and told me there was no hot... More

Travelling with our dog for the first time, (without caravan) hard to find suitable accommodation. Reading the mixed reviews we decided to take a chance, glad we did. The manager was very friendly and explained the work that had been done in the past year or so. The rooms were spotless with basic facilities, coffee, fridge, toaster etc The bed... More

Stayed for a night en route from Melbourne to Sydney with my cat. The proprietor Annette was friendly and incredibly easy to deal with over the phone for bookings. We had no troubles at all even arriving late at night after reception had closed. We had a large, clean, warm and comfortable room ready on arrival, which was great for... More

Looking for a pet friendly on the way to the high country, i chose Allonville because a review said the managers were newish, having taken over a run down property. THe motel offers accommodation for dogs (kennels) and stables for horses.when i explained our rspca rescue dog would get separation anxiety if she had to sleep in a kennel with... More

Reception staff were lovely. Booking system was good. Allowed my staffy to stay (some places are pet friendly but no staffy's allowed) He enjoyed the wide property and the horses The room itself needed a little touching up but it was over all friendly and nice to stay for animal lovers

Rooms are old and showing it. My bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs thru the mattress. Bathroom had paint hanging from ceiling, but the shower was hot and the pressure was awesome. The toilet bowl was cracked in several places. Cobwebs in light fittings and behind TV. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working, but when... More

This place is super cheap and on the highway. It was noisy and cold. I would recommend paying an extra twenty or so dollars for some more comfort and stay at Burringa in Kooringal. No actual dramas, staff were friendly and the stay went smoothly, but in terms of amenities, you get what you pay for.

Trip Advisor The Allonville motel was taken over by the nab in AUGUST 2014 AND THE THEN OWNER left the motel vacant. The motel was sent to auction on the 16th of September and settled on 11/11/14. There is no way this person could have stayed at a deserted motel. Surely trip advisor has some responsability towards accuracy, The booking engine... More
