We spent four days in Sydney before boarding our ship to NZ. The rooms are comfortable; the breakfasts plentiful! The people and helpful and friendly. We loved the neighborhood. The bus to town is right across the street!

Thank you Alba. I hope your cruise to NZ with your family was spectacular.
Had a lovely weekend here enjoying Sydney. 3 couples enjoyed dinks on the balcony, dinner at restaurants within walking distance and access to the city via the tram. Tram stop is only 5 min walk away. Bus to Martin place goes up the street and...More
We spent two nights here when visiting Sydney for a soccer match and the Mardi Gras Parade.
It is an excellent option, close to the CBD, with numerous bus services along Glebe Point Rd, as well as the light rail a short walk away.

An inner city suburb along the water, Glebe has a deep-rooted sense of cultural history and heritage. It originated as a semi-rural resort for the well-to-do, but has transformed into a student-centric melting pot. Visit Glebe Point Road for ethnic cuisine as standard as Mexican, Indian, Italian and Chinese, or as diverse as Spanish, Bavarian, Polish, Czech and Lebanese. You will find that Glebe is accepting of the
eccentrics and aboriginals that roam the streets, integrating students and people of all economic statuses into the multi-cultural fabric that distinguishes this suburb. Glebe Foreshore is a great destination for a leisurely walk along the Bay, and the Saturday market is a great scene for bargain hunters.
