My sponsors booked my stay at Meriton. It was a very wonderful and relaxing stay. It felt like home. My bedroom was larger than some hotel rooms, and the living space was heavenly. I was able to relax and have a wonderful stay while preparing myself for the reason of my time in Sydney which was to perform for the...

In fact we like this service apartment due to its reasonable price and good location. However, upon check in, we found some dirt on the toilet boil cover. According to my wife, this is lady's "m" stuff. What a surprise! We have a family of 3 and it was notified to the front desk upon check-in as we also paid...

The Meriton Serviced Apartments Kent Street is a great place to stay! Upon arrival, I was met with a great surprise on how well the 1 bedroom unit was laid out, stocked, and comfortable! The unit had a nice balcony (I ate breakfast out on it almost every day at the table with three chairs!), dining room (table with 4...

our only complaint was the beds too big for the little rooms, had to move the bedside tables to open the cupboards, we ended putting them out in the lounge room! Great location, we will be back! We thought noise would be an issue with being in town but we didn't notice it at all. Thanks Meriton!

The room was lovely and so was the view! But I got given the wrong room to what I payed for and I realised I was charged extra for the things that were meant to be included in the deal. I didn't realised until afterwards but I don't think I'll be staying again and paying $600 for one night.

Very pleasant and spacious, lovely helpful staff a joy to stay. Elevators roomy and fast, good people on at Reception. Only thing I would do differently is I would have bottled water, milk, wine in the refrigerators that guests can purchase.

Meriton Serviced Apartments on Kent Street, located in the heart of the city provides spacious rooms with all modern facilities at a comparatively reasonable price. Room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice view of the city from the balcony. Close to most of the sights in the city, just walking distance. Highly recommended.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
