I found that the balance between the overall quality of this hotel and the price to be average. I've paid more for less, and less for more. The location is good in a general sense. It is close to downtown and to a train station (about 1/2 miles). However, the area may seem a bit dodgy to some people as... More

We stayed here before going on a cruise from Circular Quay. It was so pleasant that have booked again for October. Met several others pre and post cruise whilst there. The service was good, beds comfortable, walk in shower and we could get fresh air by being able to open the window/door to balcony. The breakfast was also very pleasant.... More

Close to the Domain, Art Gallery of NSW and the Royal Botanic Garden along with several good restaurants. Staff go above and beyond to what is required to help me; they helped look after my luggage while I travelled to another city. Huge room with balcony. Good breakfast.

Considering the price we paid and the location the hotel is in, we did not have high expectations. What a little gem Mariners Court is.! Despite the shabby bathroom, (which I was told is being refurbished in September,)we were amazed at the facilities available. Comfy room, temperature perfect, fresh air from balcony, fabulous breakfast that tops any I've had (and... More

I will definitely stay here again for future visits to Sydney! We had 2 x twin-share rooms, that were well equipped, clean and roomy with a balcony area. The inclusive breakfast was great with plenty of variety. A HUGE thank you to the lovely woman on duty, who made us feel very welcome after a somewhat frazzled arrival - I... More

A great unpretentious hotel. Very friendly staff. Right next to Harry De Wheels! The CBD is just a few ks away, so you can easily get in. The rooms was respectful and well equipped. The best thing was that breakfast and the Wifi are all included in the price of the room. No rip off charge for them! As it... More

We booked a family suite on the third floor and enjoyed our stay tremendously. They helped us book a tour for the next day and was very personable to my shy, married-to-wifi son. Breakfast was available with a good variety of options and hotel is within walking distance to the CBD, Circular Quay, Royal Botanic Gardens, Art Gallery of New... More

Met by the friendly and helpful Craig in reception. Well appointed room with all the necessary things for a night on the town; hairdryer, iron and iron board, tea and coffee making and a super comfy bed and just a short walk to Woolloomooloo. Waking up to the smell of bacon cooking and a full buffet breakfast. This place is... More

Staff very friendly and check in quick and hassle free. The room is what we expected for price. Clean and tidy, very comfortable. Free breakfast a bonus start to the day. Location great close to CBD a short walk away. Botanical Gardens close and nice to walk around. Heaps of eating places within 5 minutes walk. You can have pub... More

The hotel was fine but not the quality I expected for the price. The good: roomy, clean beds and linen. Mini kitchen with utensils and dishes and tea coffee and cookies. Not as great but adequate: limited appliances- small fridge, hot water kettle, a toaster that did not work and an old partially functioning microwave which they changed without me... More
