The room was a good size and had everything but the bed didn't have a top sheet, the duvet was old and had lint bubbles on it. Even though the bed was comfortable the linen didn't feel fresh. The air-conditioning was very loud even on the lowest fan setting.

Solid three star hotel. It delivers what it promises. Customer service is very good. The location is excellent, on the edge of the Sydney CBD, and just a few minutes from Oxford St. Surry Hills is a 5 minute walk away. The TV in my room was unwatchable due to a screen malfunction. I called Reception to report the problem....

It has an easy access from the airport, the rooms are comfortable the team was very friendly. overall I would recommend the hotel. The price is a bit high for the hotel but I think that's standard in Sydney.

The location is great, the room very clean and large enough for the two of us.. no tub,, just a shower and the layout of the bathroom is a little challenging since you had to go into the bathroom, close the door to get to the toilet behind the door. The morning breakfast was very well laid out and there...

Good location. Wasted opportunity. Designed for big bus loads of tourists without taste-buds. Soul-less and grotty. Overpriced. Would never recommend it. Clearly hotel is not interested in providing a great experience to guests which is a shame, because it could be great!

Have stayed at other Travelodges around the world, London, Ireland, Hobart, Philip St, but this is the absolute worst. Has completely put me off. What more do you want me to say. Won't stay again. Thanks.

Very reasonable accommodation and breakfast in a convenient location for harbours and opera house. We felt the only thing that let the hotel down was the carpet which had seen better days. Otherwise the hotel was clean and bed linen was fresh.

It doesn't seems to be a 3 star category Hotel. Rooms carpet old & not clean, bad smell, breakfast no variety, bathrooms very small no swimming pool breakfast time & tour time doesn't match once some food is out of stock it is not refilled immediately.

Pick somewhere else, old and smelly and airconditioning poor. The location is good but very poor value for money. The bed was uncomfortable, room temperature hot. Everything out dated and you can see they do not spend anything on the rooms. Hall carpet very old and also smelly.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
