The staff were very helpful an friendly and the room was perfect. The room had views of the opera house and bridge and the location was perfect. I did not use the gym or had breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on those.

We opened the door to the room and the view out of the window was just as the brochure showed. The view to the opera house and bridge. It takes about 35 mins to walk to both. The hotel was very comfortable and our room on the 18th floor was worth the money. We had three breakfast on the ground...

The first thing I should say is that we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, use the car park or the gym and sauna and steam room so I can't comment on those. However we were greeted by cheerful reception staff who upgraded our room for free and we had great views of the harbour bridge and opera house over...

We really enjoyed breakfast, well laid out spread and very friendly staff. Went in early, probably just opened, but was already full of customers, some from the same seminar we were attending. The staff were very friendly and even the chef came out on one occasion to chat to customers and make sure enjoyed their meal. The breakfast and lunch...

We were greeted by lovely staff who upgraded our room for free! The room was really nice and had a stunning view of Hyde park, the opera house and the harbour bridge. The buffet breakfast was also quite nice. Only problem overall was with the parking lot... it was hard to find a good spot, it seemed very dodgy and...

Visited with my sister and while the lady cation was great for us (walking distance to most places) it wasn't brilliant. We arrived after an early flight, asked about early check in (not really expecting it) and was told quite abruptly no. We asked to leave our bags (ok) and asked for a text to let us know when room...

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days when visiting Sydney. The location is fine - the rooms quite nice. The problems we kept running into were operational. There seemed to be much confusion at the front desk. I couldn't get directions to locations (the 'concierge' could not be found), the air conditioning did not work properly...

Clean and spacious room, convenient location, decor a bit old, feel like a three star more than a four star . Air conditioner is a bit noisy and working intermittently and the temperature of the room fluctuated which disturbed a good night sleep. Parking at the basement costs $25 per day

We arrived at 11:45pm, after a very stressful night. We had booked an AirBnB/apartment rental, to find when we got there it was the most disgusting and run down place ever! We managed to book this place about 11:30pm at night but could only afford a basic room. When we turned up tired after a long day travelling and being...

Recently stayed at the Sydney Boulevard Hotel for 1 night and after an initial problem with the booking which I will say was booked through a third party the staff at the Sydney Boulevard Hotel were more than accomodating.
