Greetings from The Langham, Sydney and thank you for your query. The Langham is positioned in proximity to Barangaroo, on Sydney's western harbour. The Barangaroo development has progressively increasing in scale since initiating in 2012, and the construction is visible from our Harbourview rooms. Fortunately, the works do not obstruct our view of the water.
There is a significant amount of improvement work being done across the city of Sydney, and the Western Harbour has multiple years of development left. Further information on the project can be found on the government run Barangaroo official website.
With regard to any guest impact, although the work times are generally kept to business hours, occasionally some out-of-hours work is necessary, and we communicate with the management to minimise the impact of these requirements.
I hope this information offers some clarification, and I hope to have the opportunity to welcome you to the Hotel in the near future.
