Great efficiency apartment. Very modern and clean. Hotel is well located for walking to the Circular Quay, the Bridge, Darling Harbour and other popular tourists areas in the central business district. The hotel prices were very reasonable compared to the hotels in the area. Hotel also has a nice restaurant with prices which are again reasonable compared to the restaurants... More

Room was not at all like photos on website. Looked very tired, carpets worn. Bedroom curtains were very marked and stained. After complaining we were moved to a different room which was slightly better but still had large stain on carpet and was half the size of original room. Both rooms were not up to 4 star standard in my... More

Ideal location, walked to Darling Harbour, Pitt Street Mall and Circular Quay. Had a loud AC fan system which we had to turn off. Duty manager arranged $100 credit, and they supplied a couple of fans.

We booked studio apartment for. 3 nights it was well presented & well laid out. Staff friendly at desk only to happy to help. As we got of a cruise ship 6.30 that morning it was much appreciated that we could leave our bags at reception & check in so we could look around town till our rooms were ready.... More

Service and the restaurant was poor waited 15 minutes and not a single person approached so went elsewhere. Instead of spending money on wall art and decorative cushions for rooms spend it on room facilities

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and nicely decorated and furnished, with good facilities. It's a great location, close to Circular Quay, The Rocks and Pitt St Mall.

nice apartment, no major complaints, don't like the steps though, had nice sleep as well. May be Foxtel would've been better along with the TV; access cards don't work properly and had to insert in and out 3-4 times everytime , not good for a such a good apartment

Stayed at these apartments for a five day first time visit to Sydney. The intention was to explore the sights on foot and this is a great base from which to do it. You can walk to virtually anywhere (assuming you like to walk!). 10 minutes and you are at the Bridge and the Opera House. You can walk to... More

Room were fine but Level 1 facing the night club next door with loud music until 3am did not provide a good night's rest. Just when I was able to settle, a loud radio woke me again at 5.30am. Not an ideal start to a working day. Double glazed windows are needed

I stayed for one night for our company Christmas party. The staff were very helpful in arranging a room for a last minute guest, and were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were lovely - far bigger than I needed for just one night. It would be a great place to stay for an extended trip to Sydney.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
