Fantastic bridge and Circular Quay views. Walk to opera house and all the inner city attractions. No room service though Sunday night stay . Good service and valet parking. The room was great. I'm over Accor though very rarely giving a room upgrade for Gold Accor members , even after asking . And I know they were plenty of free rooms also

In terms of upgrade I am sorry you found this frustrating. It is not that we do not "give" upgrades its just that we do not have a different type of room to upgrade into. All of our room floor plates are nearly identical with the key difference only being harbor views or opera house views, so its not about what was free or not as they are all effectively the same. A favourite hotel since the COVID issue. We are confident it isn’t a quarantine hotel. The location can’t be faulted. Nor can the ease of access when coming off the bridge by car. We have stayed here previously with no issues however this time although we requested an early check- in my husband waited three hours until a room was available. Thank you to Ruth for her reassurance throughout the wait. There was also an issue with using the bar which hadn’t been available on previous visits. I assume something to do with COVID. The staff are extremely obliging and rooms well appointed. As customers who are coming into the city usually to attend the theatre this makes an ideal spot even for Darling Harbour.

Just arrived at pullman grand quay and the front staff were amazing, friendly and courteous. I never write reviews, but I thought they deserve 5 stars after we walked into the garden view king room to see how spacious and well kept it is. Really is the best value in the city. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at the Pullman Quay Grand Hotel in Sydney and had a wonderful stay. We stayed in 2 rooms during our time- the garden view and the harbour view. Both rooms were fabulous. The harbour room was obviously the better view but until we moved we thought the garden room was perfect. We had a couple of hiccups along the way which were handled beautifully by Joshua. We cannot thank the staff in reception enough for their care. A big thank you to Joshua and Sheila along with other reception staff whose names I don't have. You were fabulous. We will be back :)

The residence I've been longing to book and stay, which has met my expectation in all aspects. Service was great. Felt welcomed and valued during check-in and check-out. Thank you! Breakfast was still quite limited due to COVID restriction. The shower room door can't close seamlessly. Please fix.
