Amazing stay!!…Booked for 2 nights, a quick little getaway…..Pullman was a great choice! The staff are professional and friendly, even going to my suite I passed some Housekeeping staff and they were so welcoming. The room was a good size, very clean, with plenty of room/storage. The kitchen has everything you would ever need plus a laundry. I spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the iconic Sydney harbour bridge and amazing city skyline. Was lucky to see one of the first Cruise ships in. The Bars and Restaurant look good, I didn’t have a chance to check them out, but I’m booked in again next week, so will make a point of sampling their menus. The location of this property is second to none……you are absolutely spoilt for choice from great fish & chips to Michelin rated restaurants at your doorstep. This has now become my Hotel of choice when I’m in Sydney. It gives you the freedom of being in self contained apartment, but then having all the luxe personal amenities of a luxury Hotel. Looking forward to my stay next week! ….Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour should be top of your list….its definitely mine.…
We arrived after the 23 hour flight from London VERY early. Really early. And yet the great staff worked miracles to get us a room in a couple of hours. Thank you thank you. Room was huge. We had a 2 bed suite and it was lovely. Would have liked a harbour view but small details. Lounge area and kitchen were massive. Centrally located for everything. Short walk to Circular Quay and onward transit. Really couldn’t fault it And thanks again to the team for helping weary travellers.
Four day visit, this was the place to stay. The staff were fantastic, professional, helpful and welcoming, nothing seemed too much trouble. The location was truly amazing, over looking Circular Quay, Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge (Million Dollar Views). Amenities were great with a full kitchen, lounge, dining area etc. The room was more an apartment than a Hotel room. Was set up for both long and short stays. The pool, gym and sauna were all good. The whole stay was perfect and I would highly recommend this Hotel.
The room was amazing along with the view. However, had the room booked for my wedding night for July 2021, I received a credit for my room when the wedding was cancelled due to covid lockdowns, however when booking my room for Feb 2022 was charged an additional 25% for the exact same room.
We stayed at this hotel in January. View was fantastic, but The room was dated and we could see some dust on furnitures and the floor. We wanted to eat breakfast at 7 o’clock but it was not available. The restaurant opens for breakfast only after 7:30am at Q dining. Also very limited menu (no breakfast buffet) The taste was brunt and average with terrible coffee. You can have much better breakfast in some other cafes in Circular Quay or the Rocks. We went to Gym and swimming pool, but there’s is not changing room.
Great staycation in a deluxe harbour view apartment. This was our second visit and a couple of issues we had last time (cleaning, aircon, wi-fi) had all been resolved. We spent plenty of time on our balcony and enjoying the apartment. We were very happy with our stay. We have booked a return visit already.
We stayed there in January 2019 after 6 weeks travelling with our RV on the eastern coast. The hotel is easily reachable - een with the RV - and check-in is quick and very friendly. We had a appartment-style double-bedroom room with a unique view over harbour bridge area. The breakfast was excellent and you could order by menu... Rooms where pretty clean - but my need some refurbishments... Although its right beside the Opera House it´s not to noisy. You can reach the Circular Quay within minutes. We loved that hotel! Cost-benefit ratio is rather good!
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! Checked into room and my partner stepped on broken glass and cut her foot in the kitchen. Room not cleaned to standard - hair and dirt in bathtub and around shower. Requested twice to have room floor cleaned so no broken glass and finally they came. After cleaned found a second piece of glass in carpet. There’s absolutely no excuse for this if they had cleaned the floor properly. Houseman was sent to clean floor again and yet was still dirty. Balcony dirty. Everything in the unit was broken - coffee machine, washing machine both broken. Spa didn’t work. Power kept shorting. Towels had holes in them! View was mediocre couldn’t see harbour it was more overlooking the noisy ferry terminal. When you pay $850 per night for 3 nights you expect much more! Some (not all) staff had very poor attitude. A free breakfast doesn’t make up for the cut foot and poor quality of the room! I wouldn’t of even paid a third of this for the quality I received! This hotel is not worthy of 5 stars it should be a 3 star hotel! Absolutely dissatisfied recommend you to stay elsewhere this is a terrible hotel!…
I booked this hotel for a four night stay after flying in to Sydney from overseas. I believed it would provide excellent accommodation in which to do the necessary 72 hour isolation. I arrived very late in the evening and initially was very impressed with the apartment. The views from the balcony are stunning. However as I started to unpack I discovered the previous occupants clothes in the bedroom drawer. I was also horrified to find a pile of dirty towels in the laundry cupboard sink! It was clear that the room had not been adequately cleaned. I telephoned reception who advised me to leave to dirty items outside the door and they would remove them. I then used my own cleaning wipes to clean all the kitchen area. This would have been bad at the best of times but during a COVID outbreak is an appalling lack of attention to detail. I made it clear to reception that I wanted this matter brought to the attention of the manager that evening. I heard nothing. Again, the next day I requested that this matter be brought to the managers attention, I still heard nothing. I emailed Mr Savic three days ago and still have not received a reply. Perhaps he will respond after reading this review! My advice would be not to stay in this hotel, it’s not worth the risk. Had I not been isolating I would not have remained there.…
First time we have stayed at the Pullman at circular quay. Great location, the restaurant food was fantastic with a great outlook over the quay and harbour bridge. receptionist was extremely helpful. Will stay again and recommend this hotel
