Good for location and short business trip! Close to Museum train station. Breakfast is pretty good compare to Ibis standards. Not much choice for dinner. Staff is friendly. The Gym is way to small. I am not sure they have a car parking.

IBIS Worldsquare is my home away from home. The amazing customer service team once again entertained and made sure our every cent is worth it. I just can't comprehend that such highly professional, extremely well trained customer service personals can exist. I just feel right at home at this location. I can stay at other 5 star hotels anytime, but...

Ibis World Square is central to everything in the city, only a short walk to Central Train Station and the shopping areas, many food outlets for different tastes. Friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms.

We had a very lovely dinner and the food was delicious! Got offered a complimentary glass of wine with my meals which is a nice touch. I will definitely be back again for dinner. I also get discount as an Accor Plus member.

It was a last minute thought to book at this hotel as I was in Sydney overnight. The Rooms are small but very cosy and more importantly they are clean. The staff at the front desk were very good and any questions I asked were promptly answered, they were friendly and made you feel welcome. Great location in the middle...

Great hotel in a nice location if you need something on short notice. Rooms are small, but adequate for our needs on this trip. Would stay there again. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Every thing was in walk-in distance.

Centrally located hotel that doesn't pretend to be six star but is clean and very comfortable with excellent service from the 24 hour reception and guest services staff. Lots of nearby eateries and late night cafes and restaurants. Despite the cosmopolitan locale at the doorstep, hotel room was very quiet.

I thought this hotel was a good-value budget choice. The reception was very efficient and my questions were answered clearly. The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There was a generous supply of tea, coffee and nice biscuits. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The air-con worked really well. Altogether I was very...

In general I am not a big fan of the Ibis hotels. Rooms and bathrooms are so small. So I didnt have high expectations for World Square. This room was actually decent sized, I could turn around in the bathroom and there were good coffee and tea facilities. The bed was good, pillows could be improved. The furniture still feels...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
