My recent stay with family was fabulous. Really needed a break away and the Four Seasons was just what the doctor ordered. From the boys at the front, to the reception staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff - all go above and beyond for the guests. It’s what sets this hotel above the rest. That and the best beds and pillows in Sydney! Thankyou everyone for such a great stay. You make the Four Seasons what it is.
We landed in Sydney very early morning after very long flights from North America. Everything was immediately better after we got to the Four Seasons: luggages were handled quickly; we were offered water bottles to cool down; the front desk managed to check us in early before 11AM. The staff were pleasant and fast to move the lines through check in. We were sightseeing most days and the front staff never forgot to offer water, umbrellas with a smile! Housekeeping was perfect and the beds were so comfortable with soft beddings. We did not have time to experience the famous spas service but we will definitely come back soon!
If you are looking to stay in the CBD this is a great choice of hotel. Check in was excellent, the in room iPad allowed me to access all of the services from the hotel and the feedback was always responsive. In room dining was great and the food was restaurant quality. Hotel itself is lovely, had a very enjoyable stay.
We stayed in a harbour view suite with our two children. The bedroom and lounge room were large and comfortable and we were touched to see the effort that had gone into making the children welcome with tiny slippers and robes and special toiletry and gift packs for them. The attentive service we received was excellent, particularly in the Club Lounge 32. We will be making this our hotel of choice in Sydney from now on.
Nice and clean. Services are excellent and feel safe while staying. Good location for visitors to stay in CBD. Even we didn't take car, all transportation are very close. Nice and enjoyable breakfast and dinner.
I am a wheelchair user living in Sydney- trying out different hotels in preparation for overseas travel - and for indulgent treat. The Four Seasons is a lovely hotel with mostly excellent service- reception/Mode Bar etc The only poor service I received was breakfast in the Mode Restaurant- took ages to get coffee and one waiter who served me twice without saying - literally - one word. Very insulting I felt and off putting I had a lovely room with a view of the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge The bathroom lacked shelf space to place toiletries and it did lack storage - okay for a weekend but annoying if longer. And for $900 a night maybe not value for money Accessibility was generally okay though the toilet was very low with a tiny seat. Shower seat was narrow but okay - but again quite low. It would be fine for someone with a carer but difficult for an independent traveller like me. All in all it deserves 4.5 stars - just a few tweaks and it’s perfect…
I knew this hotel in its former role as the Regent. The comfortable ambience and elegance remains. My high level room looked directly up George Street, which provided an interesting outlook. It was just as good as a harbour view. The staff were overly helpful in all departments. The breakfast room was exceptional in its service, and the buffet equally so tempting. The closeness to the Rocks, the Opera House, the train to/from the airport, harbour ferries were great advantages as they were all in close and within easy walking distance. I shall return.
Our room had a spectacular view and was very comfortable and well-sized. Staff were helpful and friendly . Due to changes to the street outside, there were some traffic holdups picking up guests and dropping off - not the fault of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were going to Opera on the Harbour and were able to walk back after the performance. (We caught a water taxi from outside the Opera House to get there). Great location and delightful experience.
We stayed here only two nights with my family, handy location near all amenities, Beautiful million dollar Sydney harbour view with iconic Opera House from the room, during day and night. Very clean renovated bathrooms and room. Excellent customer service from the staff including reception, housekeeping, everybody. Will definitely stay again. It’s a five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our stay was so memorable and fun! Thank you Four Seasons for making us feel valued and comfortable all through out our stay. Shout out to the staff Derrick and Tracey! Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Amenities were so generous and great! We will definitely come back.
