We stayed for a night and it was pleasant but wouldn't say amazing. The location is great. The staff at check in where so friendly and helpful. The pool is fine, nothing special. It closes at 7pm which seems early in the summer months and when we got there it was 6.40 and the guy working up there was very abrupt and clearly annoyed that we rocked up so close to closing which didn't make for a very relaxing dip. The rooms themselves are very nice, modern, clean and comfortable. The biggest disappointment though was the breakfast in the restaurant the next day. It is soooo overpriced ($12 for a glass of orange juice) We both ordered the big breakfast ($29) and we thought it was no going to be really fresh given the price tag but it was all the cheapest of produce, the bread must have been the $1 Coles brand, the eggs looked like they might have been microwaved, tiny little tomatoes, fatty bacon and sausage like the ones you get on a cheap airline. It was so bad. I would never eat there again and recommend you find somewhere else for breakfast.

Handled the COVID dramas well, everything well organised and a great stay in a very good room with harbour view, staff were great with one exception at breakfast the next morning which was extra good although a little slow.

We stayed for one night as an early Christmas treat - it was a special occasion so we were lucky to be allocated a room with a view of the opera house from our little window seat (partial harbour view room). There’s a ground-up building being constructed across the road from the hotel at the moment, but aside from being a bit of an eyesore it didn’t bother us. The hotel app was very handy for finding out information and getting service e.g. ice delivered to the room in minutes. We were woken up in the morning by someone who thought we had requested cleaning which was a bit odd as we were checking out that day, but otherwise service was impeccable. The room itself was modern and those blackout blinds really do the trick! The window seat is a great place to watch the harbour go by. The pool session system is a bit confusing due to COVID, but staff are very helpful.

Hubby and I stayed for our 15th wedding anniversary. Beautiful room, complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Stunning view of the harbour and perfect location for restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back!
