Stayed on the executive floors after a 11 day cruise to the south pacific to relax before heading home. Hotel is very clean, high standard and very central to most of Sydney. Walked fro Hilton to Kings Cross, Oxford St, Darling Harbour, Chinatown, opposite QVB. Lounge well maintained and drinks were nice after a g=hard day of sight seeing. Recommended.

This was our second stay here, both times for business and not our choice. We complained last time that the room was small even though we had been given an upgrade due to a monumental stuff up at check in. Well, this room was even smaller! This is a well located hotel in George St, but over-rated as far as...

We arrived at 6am from an overnight flight and had made a huge mistake in not booking our room from the previous night. My husband is a Diamond member and so we were able to use the lounge for breakfast. The hotel is directly opposite the Queen Victoria building and is ideally located for shopping. It is, however, a good...

The Hilton Sydney is in an excellent location. It is right across from the Queen Victoria Building (for some high-priced shopping) and within a block from the Westfield mall. Transportation is easy, since it is on George street, they even have a free bus (#555) that runs to the Central Station and the Circular Quay (pronounced "key"). A major bus...

This is a wonderful Hilton Property. It is located in the CBD with easy access to just about anywhere. Walking distance to several, restaurants, shopping, transportation and attractions. the hotel provided impeccable service. Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
