Went over NEW Year. Stayed 3 nights Dec 30th to Jan 2nd. All hotels racked prices up but this was most reasonable for facilities provided. Had toiletries in bathroom plenty of towels. Also had fridge which was ideal to stock with cold drinks. Television was good. Also had hair dryer in bathroom and ironing board and iron.

(I have written an earlier review regarding my stay at this hotel, overall average facilities, main issue NO MINI BAR, bathroom tap only... No access to hotel bar after 10pm). I'm now writing to say this hotel is ridiculous at answering the phones; the past 30 mins I have rung several times only for it to ring, and ring, and... More

Good location just above King Cross Station, close to several bus stops and easy walk to wooloomooloo even CBD. Cafes, restaurants, fast food and coles supermarket are around the hotel. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Our room were on high floor so noise from street or surrounds but very noisy old air conditioning (please upgrade your AC). Very... More

Located right above the Kings Cross Station. Plenty of cheap and/or good cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. Bus stops around the corner. Booked a regular hotel room but got upgraded to a SUITE with beautiful view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge! And the two guys in front of my in the queue got an upgraded too (not... More

We arrived at the hotel at 10.30am exhausted having flown direct from London. Our room wasn't ready but the receptionist very kindly found us another and, even better, one with a harbour view and also looking directly at Sydney Tower. So we were able to have a much needed nap before exploring the city. The bedroom was spacious and had... More

The room was great! Very cozy! It was our honeymoon and we let them know that at the time of check-in. They upgraded our room to a view of the Opera House and Bridge! It was beautiful! We were able to see the fireworks from the room on New Year's Eve! We loved our stay there! It is centrally located... More

The view on Harbour Bridge was fantastic and the staff very friendly. Two points for that. The rest was not so convincing: Small rooms where you hear any noise from outside. Wifi is available but is not for free: you pay 12,50$ for two hours or you have half an hour free per day, but only if you sit down... More

Great location, walking distance to the many cafes, bars and restaurants around Kings Cross. Train station directly below the building makes for easy travel around the city. Room was clean and spacious. Great place to stay with a view of the harbour bride and opera house!

I was upgraded to a superior room which offered fantastic views over Sydney and the Harbour, absolutely spectacular by night. I loved the decor and colours. Good carpeting within the rooms, spacious bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. My room was absolutely sound proof. Small restaurant on the ground floor and a comfortable bar area. Certainly in an excellent position in... More

This place is perfect if you're looking for a bed inside a room with a toilet and shower. Because that's all you get. The room wasn't very clean, the bathroom especially was old and very very dated. There was spots all over the walls where there was holes that had been plastered over...I would not stay here again.
