Always comfortable and spacious budget accommodation convenient to the city centre and major attractions. A village shopping village is located a short walk away, and has a range of restaurants, a supermarket, and other stores and services. The B&B normally serves a lovely hot breakfast for a moderate cost, but the breakfast was not available during this latest visit due...

We stayed there with friends for 3 nights in March this year. It's a family owned and run business. While the property is fairly old, we all found (in separate rooms) that everything was squeaky clean and very comfortable with excellent service arrangements. The hosts were most accommodating and friendly. For a small charge your choice of a continental of...

I originally booked into this lodge for just 1 night. I made a decision quickly to extend my stay for another day. The room was clean bed comfortable and just what a solo traveller needed. Very impressive, as was the lady at the office in her welcoming demeanour. I would stay there again without hesitation

Immaculate and comfortable. Owner very friendly and attentive. Very reasonably priced, with the option of a full cooked breakfast. Free wifi would be a bonus. Close walk to good choice in restaurants and easily accessed by car. Would highly recommend!

Old style B & B but very comfortable, beautiful breakfast served and lovely friendly owners, who go of their way to help. At around $100 its better value then the big hotels etc up town. If you are on a budget would highly recommend.

Each time when we are in Canberra we stay at the Blue and white Lodge. It is a friendly family run place with very friendly service. Although this establishment serves a delicious breakfast, this place does not have any lunch or dinner meals. For that one has to go to Dickson, a suburb which is just next door. The accommodation...

Best value in canberra. Walking distance to dickson shops and restaurants. Wont find a better value in canberra with ensuite. They offer breakfast as well. Without breakfast is $88 night. But there is cheaper rooms without ensuite.
