Detailed Reviews
The hotel was really boring. In the evenings, the hotel only had a program for a couple of hours, loud music that came as a recording, although the musician tried to sing himself. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were really bad. The food was the same every day, nothing that was promised. NOT colorful, beautiful, spicy. Tasteless chicken or pork. We are really disappointed. The beach is rocky and you had to swim carefully. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL:

Unfortunately, it's very old. The complex is very extensive and in some places is in great need of renovation.
The rooms are OK, but the corridors, paths and stairs on the beach are often broken. The showers on the beach and pool are primitive. The paths are poorly lit in the dark. The worst thing was the food. Mostly lukewarm and not very varied. The indoor pool is unheated.
The surroundings are not particularly inviting.

I have visited Pearl Beach in August with my family and I have regret it since the first moment.
First, you should be aware that the complex is still under renovation and that some of the pictures that hotel advertised on some websites are false, probably from the management's project. In reality it's ruins, high grass and stray dogs.
Service - Worst thing that can happen on your check in - they informed us very politely that they have rented the room that we reserved to someone else and that we will get bigger luxury room and move next day. We traveled for 15 hours with 9 months old baby and arrived at 8 P.M. We clearly stated that "bigger" and "more expensive" doesn't mean anything to us and that we only want what we reserved. Then we got explanation of their booking policy and how colleagues from sales probably didn't pass information etc.etc. They also weren't informed that we need baby cot, and added that we have to pay additionally although it was included in the voucher that our booking agency sent (obviously they haven't even seen that). We were very tired and just went with the flow. They promised that they will move our stuff tomorrow so we didn't unpack. But... Day after passed and no one came to move us. My husband went to the reception where they realized that they rented our room AGAIN! After short discussion it was decided that we will stay in bigger apartment. I wonder what will happen when they are fully booked and when there is no place for such mistakes.
ROOM - Our big 160EUR apartment smelled after fresh paint as it was clearly freshly renovated. We really really liked beds and pillows. But... There was sand on the floor, spiders in corners, several lights weren't working, including one in the bathroom. Toilet was leaking after you flush. There was no kettle in the room, not a single glass, you don't have place to put tooth brush or your stuff in the bathroom. There was nothing for us in the mini bar, on the first or any other day, although we paid for all inclusive. Actually, there was: opened bottle of water and someone else's sandwich and peaches. Really??? In a 4* hotel???
On the reception they tried to sell us some sales story "we wanted to put you near the reception because you have baby", cause apparently baby like to be near the reception(?). Actually, they didn't have free room in building next to the see, so they put us in this semi-finished room.
RESTAURANT - The restaurant is very old and shabby. They try to put up with some measures because of corona virus, but people are standing in row, for 30 minutes, breathing in one another neck.
Food is very plain and common. You will not stay hungry, because there's plenty of it. But, it's not even salty, it's overcooked, without any touch of spices. Fresh vegetables are often too ripe or even rotten.
You can eat outside, by the beach, which we didn't because of enormous number of wasp. They are absolutely everywhere. There are bee hives on every balcony in main hotel building. Something I think is out of mind due to large number of kids around.
POOL AND BEACH - pool is brand new and great. Very nicely done and real joy for kids. But, if you want sunbeds near the pool or on the beach you have to come early or you won't find any.
Hotel beach is combination of pebbles, small, big and huge rocks. We went around 7 a.m. to take sunbeds.
Finally, we all got upset stomach so we left earlier than planned, but I'm not sure if this is hotel's fault cause we are still waiting on medical analyses and it's a common problem for people who travel to Montenegro. But we didn't ate anywhere but in hotel's restaurant.
All in all, far far from the 4* hotel

The worst hotel i have ever been to..
When we first entered the reception it was already smelly and dirty, however when we got to our room, it seemed like it had not been cleaned at all. There was sand and hair all over the floor which was absolutely gross. What’s even worse though, is the fact that despite us putting the sign up for the janitor to clean our room, they did not do it. During our 7 day stay, not once was our room cleaned. We had to go to the reception and ask for new towels ourselves, what’s worse though, is that they did not bring them and we had to ask again. We also had to go up to the janitor herself and ask her for new toilet paper and trash bags.
The pool was also extremely gross, it had sand all over the floor and they did not care to clean it. Moreover there was literally no room in the pool for swimming because it was so overcrowded. Some dudes were even smoking in the pool and nobody even cared. The pool chairs were always occupied so there was very little chance of even having an opportunity of being beside the pool.
The bars were gross and the drinks they served were even worse, plus very little drinks were Included in the all inclusive menu.
The worst part was the food and the kitchen. All of the 5 people I travelled with got some kind of stomach problems and ended up throwing up, we even heard multiple people throwing up as well which is just so wrong. A hotels food should not give you stomach problems so bad that you end up throwing up all night. The queues for drinks and even water were awful, sometimes you had to wait for like 10 minutes just to get a glass of water. The kitchen was so dirty it made me lose my appetite. The only fruits available for 7 days straight were apples, bananas and oranges, nothing else. And everything else they offered, was very very bad. We ended up not eating the hotel food and bought our own food.
There were no animators or nothing, all the hotel workers were non-helpful, mean, and mostly didn’t even speak english.
If you are looking for a pleasant hotel and a nice stay, I strongly recommend you not to go there, it was the worst hotel experience i have ever encountered. Wouldn’t even gove it a 1 star but that’s not possible.

We spent a whole week here July/August 2024. It is an excellent resort for families. We spent the first 4 days without feeling the need to leave the resort.
Staff were very polite, friendly and always eager to help, from the reservation through to the end of our stay.
We stayed in one of the villas, quite comfortable, with veranda. A lounge would have been good but with all inclusive arrangement, there is rarely any need to eat inside the room. Rooms were cleaned everyday with toiletries and fresh towels supplied daily.
Food was varied and nice and we enjoyed all the meals. Perharps more fish options would have been great but I enjoyed the few days with fishes. Note that we missed lunch most days due to having heavy and late breakfast😅, so there may have been fishes in the lunches we missed. Not sure where they get the watermelons from but they were huge and refreshing!
There are 4 swimming pools and we enjoyed our early morning swim in the spa pool which is the longest and best for exercise. The kids then played in the water park afterwards.
There are quite a few things to do on the beach, and the kids had plenty of fun on the pedal boats and jet ski.
The locals were quite friendly too, I ran early in the morning most days and didn’t encounter any problems.

I recommend the hotel. The hotel offers quite correct facilities, starting from several pools that are adapted for all ages, with three slides. It has an outdoor and indoor playroom for children, which is located next to the bar so that parents can have a drink in peace. I like the comfort on the beach because the deck chairs are spaced apart so everyone has their own privacy. The food is excellent and delicious. The staff really strives to make their stay at the hotel pleasant. Perhaps the complaint would be that sometimes, in the absence of glass cups, the drink is poured into small plastic cups. They also have a problem with wasps, they are everywhere where drinks or food are consumed, but after a few days you get used to it😁

This is the first time I am entering a comment for a hotel, but the previous comments motivated me to write my impressions.
The hotel is at the same level as the previous 4* hotels we have visited so far in Turkey, Egypt and Tunisia. The ratio of price and quality is proportional and all in all the hotel is good with a lot of room for improvement, but the offer is ok.
Food - adapted to European tourists and varied and deliciously prepared (it would be good to provide more space for serving food for this number of guests),
Accommodation - the rooms are clean and nicely decorated (it would be good to increase the control of the workers whether they regularly bring towels, soaps and maintain hygiene), with the fact that the hygiene of the room is regularly maintained and the towels are changed every day and the bed linen every fourth day,
Beach - ok beach for beachgoers with a combination of sand and small gravel (more frequent cleaning of the beach and maintenance of the correctness of umbrellas, access roads and green areas
Location - the resort occupies about a third of the Bisarna obala beach and is by far the best part of Čanj (there are no facilities outside the hotel except for fans of the fair's offer)

The location is easy. Only a few kilometers from the main road. I just wished to go further to Ulcinj.
The architecture is great, so I would like to applaud the statues on the hotel and the fountains. The room is nice.. wide.. but the bathroom is a bit messy. The water goes from the shower to the bathroom, but ok.. Good. No wather to drink and it's a 4 star hotel with AI service.. I don't know..
There were 1 600 guests in the hotel and only 450 sun seats on the beach and they are ALL occupated with towels and kids stuff for the beach. And no one could do nothing about it.
All ok.. it is a family hotel.. beach.. pools .. But the service... It was so far the worst service that I have ever been exspoused to in my life.
Long queues at the bar for drinks, very poor supply of the same, stuff was very young and seem like students.. No smile no nothing.. No hospitality. The meal offer was also bad, but the most terrible thing is that people come to the restaurant in bathing suits. In the place where I was supposed to eat. There is no sign of NOT DOING THAT. But OK.. Not to mention that the dishes were smelly.
We had several problems at the reception and no one answered.. We had a problem with one of the staff and the management didn't react as we expected and if it wasn't for Theodore Konstadakos (Operation manager at the hotel) , we probably would have sued the hotel.
I will definitely not return to that hotel nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone. In my opinion they need to do something different, reform the hotel in order to succeed in this business.
I do understand that the prices in this hotel are low.. but put the higer prices just do something about service please.

A terrible hotel . Room was ok but bedding never changed and towels only because of sickness. The restaurant is completely inadequate for the number of guests with long queues for food and drinks and drinks machines constantly breaking down. Dirty glasses plied on the bar. The food was very poor and was not hot. There were no labels to say what was in the trays or bowls of sauces and pastes. The salads were the same every day and the fruit was only apples, oranges and bananas all cut up and going brown. The serving areas were not clean and the floors were cleaned with mop and buckets of very strong smelling disinfectant while we were eating. The staff in the restaurant and bar looked stressed and miserable. Only the ‘waiters’ wore a uniform of white shirts and black trousers. The cleaners had no uniform and no one wore name badges. The whole place was disorganised and chaotic. Several of our party suffered sickness and one had to wonder if the lack of hygiene was to blame. RSD should never have booked this hotel for their guests. It was certainly not the ‘dream hotel’ we were promised. More of a nightmare. Very disappointing.

So let me start...
On the first day I found 15 BUGS walking around the room, wall, bad...
In room. You don't have any drinks or water in the fridge in the room. And city water is not for drinking. They don't have room service, so they send you to the restaurant on the beach to get coffee, beer, water.. and then with that drink go back to the room but if you come alone with a child like me, you will have to take the child with you because you have no other choice, they don't have any coffee machine in the area where you are staying.
