'Mondi Lodge' is a small, eco-friendly facility located on Curacao, Dutch Caribbean. There are 6 unique wooden cabins built on poles; which all contain maximum comfort and amenities. Each cabin has its own characteristics. Mondi Lodge is centrally located with 4 beaches in a 2 kilometer radius and a 10 minute drive from the airport and the colorful capital of Willemstad. The atmosphere at Mondi Lodge is of a laid-back, romantic kind and very private; serenity is easily found here during the day and night. The pool and cozy outdoor kitchen with BBQ facilities are at our guests’ disposal at any time. We continue to uphold and improve our personalized service where ever possible. This is a very private resort. Six wooden bungalows in a beautiful setting amongst the trees. We stayed three nights in the tree house. The airconditioned bedroom and toilet/shower are actually downstairs (shower is outside) and via steps inside the bedroom you can go up to the balcony. There you will find a countertop with sink, a small fridge and a water heater. There is no stove but there is a communal kitchen on the grounds near the pool. This is an extremely relaxing place. I haven't slept so well in a while. The staff is great and the breakfast (included) is delicious. We highly recommend this resort.

Mondi Lodge Eco- friendly tropical santuary. A beautiful family- owned bed&breakfast were you can relax surrounded by nature. The service is very personal and the staff is friendly and attentive. The tree house is spacious and has all the amenities you could need. I truly enjoyed the amazing outdoor shower, with it’s solar heated water and complete privacy. With sustainability in mind, their a la carte breakfast menu has something for every taste and is also diet/ allergy friendly. I would recommend this B&B to anyone looking to pause and enjoy the magnificent nature of Curaçao.

Mondi Lodge is a very special and unique place on the island. We spent there 2 unforgettable weeks feeling like home thanks to Danita, her family and the team. The garden and the whole area is so native, eco-friendly, fulled with love to nature and the island. We still think about the sounds of the singing birds waking us up every morning and the iguanas walking around while we had a breakfast. The breakfast is very special, you would not find something similar on the island. It is home-made, fresh,very varied and delicious. The outdoor showering was also a perfect ritual every morning. Our children and we love this place and the people and animals living there and making it so special. Thank you very much!!!

Very nice accomodation for your stay in Curaçao. Mondi Lodge is located in a quiet location in a green environment. The houses have a straw roofing, a big sleeping room, bathroom and a outside-livingroom. The sleepingroom has airco, a propellor above the bed and a safe for your personal stuff. The breakfast in the morning is very good, you have a choice between a special breakfast or a regular one. But the taste is very is good. The service of the employees is good! One big disadvantage is all the musquitos… you need stuff to protect yourself against the small monsters…. The talks of Ben, father of Danita, are very learnful. He learned us that they grow many ingrediënts in the green garden of the location. Don’t hesitate te book, but be aware of the musquitos!

Mondi Lodge is an eclectic little spot in Sint Michiel. First of all, the location is great. It's to the west of Willemstad, making it closer to the pristine beaches of west Curacao. It's not far from Willemstad itself and the beach clubs of Pietermaai, Mambo Beach, and Jan Thiel. Danita and Janine also treated us with amazing hospitality, it felt more like a warm homestay than a hotel! The breakfast was delicious and they catered to our dietary restrictions (vegetarian, but vegan was also offered). This was a big deal on an island where it's hard to find decent vegetarian food, let alone people understanding and respecting dietary restrictions. There are a few animals on the property (both pets and wild) and it feels like you're in a jungle. They also grow some of their own food on their property, living up to the eco-friendly principle! I would not stay anywhere else if I am in Curacao again and would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

If you come to Curaçao, this should be your place to stay. It's unique in it's rooms and decor and the staff really make you feel welcome. We stayed at their gorgeous treehouse which is awesome in many ways, two levels with a kitchenette and great seating area upstairs and a lovely bedroom with outside shower downstairs. No expense is spared (they even have the good kind of toilet paper). The grounds themselves are covered with plants (they partake in perma culture) and colourful artwork. Would totally recommend this to anyone who likes nature and a little luxury!

The staff of Mondi Lodge is wonderful, open, friendly, helpfull and professional. The room setup makes you feel like you're in a cabin in the middle of a fruitfull relaxing forest. Very neat and clean cabin, netflix, AC plus the option of an open balcony with a romantic hamoc setup and a small kitchen. The pets on property are super cute and sweet with guests. Breakfast is just AMAZING, not kidding. Best breakfast I've experienced in a hotel/lodge anywhere in the world. The pool area is very chill, the big trees give the property its unique 'mondi' look, a fresh breeze in every corner.
I will definitly be coming back again, its was more than worth it. Just MAGICAL !!!

The lodge and surroundings are truly are little piece of paradise! We stayed at the Yuana lodge, which is built around a beautiful tree. The shower is outside, also built around the tree. Upstairs there is a lovely terrace with lots of sitting areas a fridge and a small kitchen (not for cooking, but with utensils/plates etc). I loved sitting there and being surrounded by the tree and bird sounds. The lodges are built apart from each other, so you have a lot of privacy. The swimming pool is small, but large enough. There are plenty of sunbeds and chairs around. Breakfast was great as well. They made us vegan pancakes/French toast, everything we could possibly want. The owners are really nice, so is the rest of the staff. And my son had a wonderful massage by Ben, who’s part of the staff. When our flight was delayed, they helped us with calling the car rental company and gave us new towels, so we could hang by the pool till our flight was ready. There is also a communal kitchen in case you would like to cook. I cannot recommend staying here enough, it was amazing!

We spent two nights in the Tree House at Mondi Lodge. It is so lovingly decorated with lots of attention to detail. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we even got it served to our tree house without extra charge. It was my partner's birthday, so the owner also organised some champagne, which was very kind! The pool area is very beautiful and we spent some relaxing hours there. There's donkeys that you can feed and the owner's dogs are very cute. The location is great for exploring the island. The only downside was the amount of mosquitos, so bring some mosquito spray! Overall, would definitely recommend, especially for a couples trip!

This is the2nd time my wife and I stayed at mondi lodge Both times were amazing. We are locals and it is ideal for a getaway. There is a nice enviorment and a great breakfast every morning. The rooms are very confortable and the porch area is great for hanging out and to enjoy the serenity of the place. Well worth the stay!

Taxi's on Curaçao are ridiculously expensive. A 10 minute ride costs as much as a day car rent. I wouldn't suggest you to travel by taxi's. A car is the most reasonable option.
