We've visited this hotel with little kids to have also wellness and relax for a couple of days and found out that they gave us the room in some other building we didn't even know about. That building is old, shabby, with dirty furniture from soviet times, just disgusting and unsafe for kids. After we had complained to them they moved us to the main building as they said to the "best" room, which is actually like a standard room, very tiny. For swimming pool inside you have to pay extra money. Swimming pool outside is so dirty that it's not possible to swim there. Kids room inside is also dirty and unsafe with a broken slide inside. The personnel is unfriendly and xenophobic. The only good thing there is breakfast. But I don't want to pay 5000 czk for one day and a half just for breakfast. Don't believe the photos on their site and better find some other hotel.…

The worst experience ever. Only cold water after 22pm, our heating didnt work, staff at breakfast was unbelievably rude =100 euro per night. Such a service might be accepted during communist era. Still it wouldn’t cost that much. Never again!

We went there in the middle of August 2018 since they had a bid advertisement on the main road referring to blueberries days. Visit was rather disappointing since they didn't have most of the advertised menu and even though the summer terrace was opened waiters were not taking orders there so you had to go order inside. We didn't stay there overnight and at the end didn't use any of their services since we decided to go eat somewhere else so my review refers only to restaurant. I think it shouldn't work/look this in the middle of the summer season.

I have stayed in this hotel for one night as my business trip. The hotel is old equipped, bud very clean and cozy. Staffs weren ´ t so pleasant and helpfull. Breakfast was rich and good tasted. I can recommend this hotel for family hollidays and fr skiing. There is nice view.
