I was a few times at this place as a visitor and I was staying at the resort once as well! things that i like: The have a bus to pick you up from the ferry! A huge one, I was there with my GF, so it was a big bus for only 2 of us! the resort looks amazing, they know how to maintain that. And believe me, its a very important part because I was mostly everywhere in Batam and unfortunately, its rurally happens , some places could be open a year ago and already in a bad condition! Its a quiet resting place! it means its far away from the central! but dont worry , you can find everything there! they have a nice pierce and amazing pool side! They have some cocktails promotions going on at one of the bars! Drinks are nice and usually strong, otherwise just ask the bar to fix it up. Food, well. i like the breakfast and some of the food items but of course they can improve on that part. The have a live music bar. disadvantages: its not much around the resort! its pricy! Can take only the local taxi! Can mess up with a drink or food order! Food menu need to be improved! Taxi can take forever! Sunset is missing here! But I do recommend this place to all my friends and visitors! cheers!

There are lovely pools and a beach with watersports. Lots to do but it wasn't in any way busy. The rooms are great, clean , spacious and aircon. You could happily bring your family or have a quite weekend here with a special someone. There is a nearby golf course on site guards various dining and drinking facilities. What more could you ask for .. I've had some great times here

Stayed 1 night from Friday to Saturday end feb 2020. Place was very quiet due to the Covid 19. Asked for 1 pm checkout but was refused by the reception. Seriously? This is the time turi could make a difference but choose not to. Would not return. Bring my biz somewhere else.

Whole family of 9 stayed here for Chinese New Year break, we were at Turi for two nights. We booked this resort because it's easy to get to from Singapore, that's where we spent the rest of our trip. Before the trip, I had a few email exchange with the resort and it wasn't also very easy... i was worried about the decision to stay at Turi. But the moment we arrived, what a great place! People are warm and the space of the resort was really unique. They met us at the port, waited it a bit for the departure of the mini bus to the resort. Although we arrived quite early, but they managed to offered us most of the rooms so we could get settled! Those rooms/suites with beach front view are really the best if you can pay the differences. We love waking up with the view and having my coffee with the ocean breezes. Two very nice pools for the resort, the beach and pool wasn't not too busy even during chinese new year, One night we had dinner at the Japanese Teppanyaki which the service was a bit slow, but the rest of the dining experience was very pleasant. One night they even had a big BBQ banquet with games and performance for everyone with fireworks to end the night!
