Stayed here for 3 nights mid november. They gave a great room at the front of the hotel overlooking the beach and the gardens and pools to the side. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. If you want quiet then this is as good a place as any with some restaurants and shops along the beach road. NOTE...if arriving by train DO NOT go to Sam Roi Yot station as there is nothing there...no taxis no nothing......get off train at Pranburi then get taxi to hotel from there

Very pretty beach front across the road from the hotel. Quiet road, easy ro walk along with some cycle paths that are off the road. Hotel was clean. Mattress was firm but hotel offers a mattress topper. This was amazingly soft and comfy. The en suite bathroom was pretty basic. Toilet, sink and small shower. The shower was more a trickle than a shower and the soap dispenser refused to dispense any soap although it was full. Breakfast is one of the better ones on offer locally. Egg station that also provides crispy bacon. Toast, jams, fresh fruit and cereals. The hotel grounds are quiete extensive with plenty of sun beds and sunshades available. 2 large pools, one more suitable for children complete with a water slide. The public toilets are clean. Ice creams available and a small shop selling sweets, clothing, jewellery etc. Local restaurants and bars within walking distance and the hotel also serves lunch and dinner but beware the 10% tax payable on top of the advertised menu prices. Great place for a short break but not sure I would want to stay longer than 2 or 3 days. …

Bedrooms are very confortable and the amenities are great. Swimming pool and garden very nice. Many activities available. Restaurant and service are great too. I only wish the beach was nicer and the water clearer!

August 2023, 2 adults + 2 teens. We have just had a wonderful 6 night stay here, staying in a 3-bed villa with pool. The accommodation is a little basic, but comfortable and clean, it suited us very well. The location is lovely. The private pool was a good size; we didn't use the resort's main pools, but they looked good. The gardens are very attractive. The trips offered by the hotel are an excellent way to explore the local area; we did many. In particular, we enjoyed the trip to Kui Buri national park to see elephants, and also the trip to the freshwater marsh - the scenery and wildlife were stunning. All of the hotel reception staff were very helpful in organising these trips for us (thanks especially to Puipui), nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The food and drink at Cafe Loma were very good, with a large and varied menu (the spice level of the curries could be adapted to taste) and the staff very attentive. Special thanks to Noth and Tia for looking after us so well, and accommodating our vegetarian diet! We would love to return again one day, and would recommend it to everyone 😊…

Little gem in southern Thailand , quiet, family oriented , amazing vibe and has all you need for a relaxing time after hassle and bustle . Highly recommend this place if you are looking for an escape . A little slide in the pool will keep your kids entertained and an adult pool s perfect for adults!

DBR is just excellent. The staff and facilities are superb. It's the best place in southern Thailand! We vacationed and attended a conference with our group at the venue. There were plenty of eating and excursion options and ample rooms for our party.

Really pleasant place with a great staff. Many activities to share with friends in a quiet place. Rooms are confortable and food is typical. Cocktails and happy hours in a chilly place. Many activities for children if you come in family.

We just enjoyed our 10th visit here! It is perfect for families with young kids. The location, food and facilities are great. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. I would recommend the boat trip to Phraya Nakhon Caves. The walk is well-worth the stunning views and coolness of the cave. Thank you!

Absolutely one of the best we experienced, definitely a must visit . Food and staff are super. The restaurant is on the beach , fresh food , lovely pool with alot of attractions near by. My self and my partner had an absolute blast and definitely recommended!!

Excellent hotel to go for a relaxing vacation. It’s across the street from the beach, and it also has a pool. There are plenty of amenities such as laundry, bikes and motorbikes. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel can arrange tours to local attractions for a decent price. The restaurants in the area are on the pricier side, but it is a tourist area. I recommend this hotel.
