We spent a week in this very well placed Pension , a few hundred meters from the city center , and had rented directly at the airport a car to visit the East of the Island where we had already come but west and center side .Even if this side of the island has less to see , it is very wild and landscapes are breathtaking , especially the very mountainous interior . The rooms are nice with good bedding, but it's shower tubs so for people strong enough or worse, it's not very comfortable to take a shower and no separate toilet. No comment on the spa relaxation area because not used and finally, for those who have never been to Greece , people are very nice , smiling , we are well received everywhere . I recommend this Pension for those who wish to visit the east of the island and the only downside is that the Pension is separated from the beach by a fairly temporary road , so no direct access , it is not catastrophic because it is accessed by a passage arranged under the road but namely Yannick and Valerie

Our stay at Sitia Beach was simply exceptional. The All Inclusive formula with its varied and impeccably kept buffet delighted us. Our room, spacious and regularly maintained, offered a breathtaking view of the majestic surrounding mountains.
The welcoming and attentive staff added a warm dimension to our stay. The hotel's convenient location, beachfront and close to shops, bustling restaurants and the port, was perfect for our needs.
The four swimming pools, with deckchairs always available, were a true haven of relaxation, while the pool bar offered us excellent refreshments in a relaxed atmosphere.
The entertainment team, led by exceptional animators such as Chichi, Elise, Alex, Océane and Sabane, created an entertaining program that brightened our days.

A week in this hotel was a wonderful holiday. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, very comfortable bed. A small minus - a bit small bathroom, not very convenient to get out of the bath, but it's not such a big problem. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Sitia Beach and felt it was good value for money. We stayed on an all inclusive basis, which I was not sure about but the buffet food was always good and sometimes excellent, whilst still catering for all tastes. There was a speciality buffet each night focusing on different cuisines. The hotel is set in its own grounds, which are beautifully kept and has 4 pools of varying depths and in different locations, which meant you had choices and were always able to get a sunbed by one. The room was of a good size but had limited clothes storage and only two electrical sockets - take a multiblock if you have a lot of electronic devices as you will need one for an anti mosquito device!

This place has a lot of potential. It’s beautiful and well-maintained. Staff are friendly and the location is great.
Unfortunately, they play loud music round the pool all the time morning until evening and there’s loud entertainment and music in the evening, which you can hear from all the rooms. There’s no peace and quiet to be had here. It’s such a shame. No way we could have known before booking. It looks like such a nice peaceful resort. If you want a peaceful relaxing holiday, this isn’t the place for you. If you want to listen to 90’s dance and euro-pop music 24/7 and do aqua-gym in the morning with even louder music, led by a guy screaming down the microphone in a chicken suit, then you’ll probably love it.

Hotel on a human scale, well located, clean, welcoming staff and who speaks very good French. The highlights: nice hotel, clean, close to the port and shops, beautiful pool and nearby beach. Quality buffets, everything is good and well presented, for all tastes for all in we really ate very well. Comfortable room. Agent fram friendly and available.
The weak points: our rooms were poorly insulated, noise and views of the parking lot and garbage cans... Certainly we did not pay for prenium rooms but still, especially when the garbage is collected every day between 6am and 7am... Excursions are expensive. Prefer to rent a car and do what you like. Namely: the airport hotel transfer is very long (about 3 hours), and average comfort depending on the vehicle and the driver who brings you there and who sometimes drives like a driver.
Our trip was a pure pleasure, the 3h transfer is the price to pay to access the calm and charm of this hotel.

Wonderful stay at Sitia beach city resort. Well located hotel, not far from the city center with the beach in front. The competent staff are welcoming and attentive to our needs. 3 shaded aquatic areas with deckchairs. We had a loan of bath towels which was great!! We could change them every 2 days. The spacious, clean, well soundproofed room. All inclusive with alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks and various snacks that will satisfy everyone. The perfect restoration. It’s a nice surprise!! Always local products, never in shortage. Whatever the time, a place on the terrace with a view of the Sitia swimming pool and a bit of the sea, room staff at our service. Breakfast, there was something for all tastes from savory to sweet local. Perfect 👍 We left with Fram, the people we spoke to were friendly, competent and always kept us well informed and advised according to our interests. The varied entertainment (at the pool bar and outside) which I think did not disturb the peace and quiet of the other vacationers. The excursions offered were interesting. Possibility to rent a car or take the bus. We left in the middle of the night, the restaurant was opened for us to have a drink with a few biscuits. The only downside was the insistence of the Spa employees, who were doing their job but I admit that we had fun avoiding them. We will keep beautiful memories of the Cretans of their food and landscapes. We recommend this hotel and its location if you like authentic wild landscapes and water sports. We came to spend 1 week last minute at this Inn and what a nice surprise!!! Everything was perfect, the Pension is indeed 3 hours by bus (with stops in other hotels if not 2 hours without stops) from Heraklion Airport but what is worth it. The village of Sitia remains authentic and extremely warm unlike the big tourist site of the island. The Inn staff speak almost all French, the rooms are very clean and very spacious. As for the restaurant, the Inn has only a buffet restaurant but you will not be disappointed by the very varied choice and especially the quality of the dishes. We've never eaten the same thing in a week... If you are going with Fram, I recommend the JEEP Tour Check-out a few meters from the Pension, we loved this experience and took full advantage of it. Small Committee Excursion with a French Guide living on the island for many years. However the excursion to the Island of Spinalonga I did not recommend it, expensive for what it is and especially you will be the real group of 50 tourists with your earphones! Every day we found room on the deckchairs of the pool or beach which is really a big plus. The beach is indeed with rocks on the edge to enter the water but nothing insurmountable either... Do not hesitate to go for a walk on the harbour, do the small souvenir shops and even dine in one of the many restaurants. Awards are very reasonable and the welcome is really more than warm. So I really recommend spending your holidays quietly and away from the big resorts:)
