Nice hotel with a decent restaurant that serves nice (goose) dishes. The rooms are clean and modern, the beds are good and they serve a proper breakfast. Also there is enough parking space and the forest and river are nearby if you want to go for a stroll.
The hotel is furnished in a hunting lodge style and the restaurant décor is extremely pleasant. Waiter service is top class and the food is both extremely well presented and cooked to perfection! The food is either traditional Polish or Central European so should suit all tastes and would suggest the T-Bone steak if you have a big appetite! I can thoroughly recommend this hotel and restaurant when visiting Spala.
Visited here for business. Very picturesque location in a forest. As usual with the non-European hotels, very good price for the room (@£40). Air con that works well. Great person on reception who could not do enough to help. Restaurant is great. Menu in good English. Recommend anything from the kitchen smokie. I had salmon. Really good. Tables outside. Nice music. Good service. Good house wine but not much choice. Good beer. Nearby alternatives to eat and drink also in this small village ( 2k walk from the hotel). The area has an almost Bavarian feel with wooden lodges. Seems like this is an area for cycling with many tracks in the woods. Easy to miss the turning off the main road - look for the small sign. Then go about 2 k. Room a touch basic compared to the Marriotts but spacious enough. Shower in the room is good. Free wifi works well. Will come again…
