Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. Pool area is huge and offers a lot of activities. The food is great and the selection you have is big. Perfect if you want to go for a run. Only wifi and gym could have been better. The hotel is everything that you expect and more.

The room is exceptional. Staff very friendly and fast. Recommend to everybody. Swimming pool nice with very less guests. Wifi is working good. Parking no problem since you have plenty of space. Property is not the newest but very well maintained and very clean.

the hotel got 2 bed rooms suites , which are very big and excellent for families. breakfast and dinner are average+ . the 2 daily entrance to the nearby waterparks are very good deal for the kids. the whole area is very comfortable forva vacation, with some evening activities , supermarket and shops , all in walking distance.

We just drove and checked for availability. The front desk nice was so nice informative and friendly and we booked a suite!! Expensive but worth the money spent . The rest was ok but beware that huge groups are now in the hotel for all summer making it very crowded and the service for other gusts is neglected. Pools are... More

It's not the most modern hotel, but it's very clean, staff is polite and they have an excellent food. The indoor water park is crazy, our kid loved it, as well did we. Great family vacation! Would recommend to all. Rooms are comfortable enough, spacious, big balcony.

The hotel and surrounding resort area had a lot of activities. The hotel was ok. Room was nice except the shower was very small. I would not recommend eating lunch in the hotel, it was over priced and not good. Breakfast in the other hand was above average in my opinion.

We found a good deal on internet (around 200€ for two person, two nights, breakfast, dinner buffets). Rooms are renovated and look really nice & clean. Food is okay, although the service wasn't really so nice... The swimming pool (indoor & outdoor) in the hotel are nice, big enough. Saunas place is great; with a cold-water pool, we really appreciated... More

Since my last visit there weren’t many changes, the service and hospitality still very good, friendly staff and good breakfast. The staffs English language skills improved and they seemed to be more comfortable and well trained. The fitness room still with a lot to improve… however that can be compensated by the great swimming pools (the inner it’s a bit... More

Nice stay, entrance to the hotel is a bit outdated but the rooms are beautiful , clean and pleasant. Food is excellent , better than the food in most four star hotels in larger cities that we visited. Staff is helpful and courteous. Hotel pool is nice and clean. We prefer to stay at the hotel pool than the thermal... More

“Ask for the queen size bed and for a quiet room (not close to elevator) Bring your bathrobe or make sure you inform Reception in advance if you do not use it on certain days; If you have possibility, go to holidays with car as this will enable you also to visit Ljubljana or Celje or Zagreb. The hotel has a nice big parking lot, so you will have space to leave your care(no charges for this service), just inform them that you are coming by car. Use massage in the hotel's spa centre, as they have professional physiotherapists.”
