Absolutely everything was excellent during our visit to Raspberry Island Lodge! The beds, bedding and pillows were excellent. The freshly prepared food, while being this remote is incredible! My compliments to the chef.

Everyone from the guides, the cook, the ground crew were fantastic. We had some kids with us, and they had a blast.

We saw so much wildlife. Hundreds of sea otters, fox, kodiak bear, bald eagles, blue whales, humpback whales, orcas, porpoise, and seals. We only saw a couple other boats in the whole area over a few days.

The fishing is superb. Having grown up fishing, I'll say this is less like fishing and more like catching. We caught halibut, lingcod, silver salmon, pacific cod, yellow eye, and rockfish. In 3 days of fishing, our group of 5 will be taking home a few hundred pounds of filets and sore arms.

A fanominal trip. After the first day I was wondering what we were going to do with all that fish! Each day after, it was the same. While the "crew" took care of all the fish and packaged it, froze it and then boxed it for shipping, we got to enjoy fabulous meals, cozy and comfortable rooms with gorgeous views and experienced fishing guides who knew their stuff - where to find the fish, how to catch and keep the fish (well, almost all of them) and still take time to see the other wildlife in the area.
It was truly a special trip that we'll talk about. A big thank you to everyone at Raspberry Island Lodge.

This was my first time going on an Alaskan fishing trip. The Raspberry Island Lodge did not disappoint. Boats were well equipped with all the equipment that is needed and the guides are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly to all classes of experience. The accommodations were great, the views are once in a lifetime and the cook was a hoot and cooked great food. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Our trip to Raspberry Island in Alaska was simply phenomenal! The lodge staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The lodge itself was cozy and boasted stunning views of the Alaskan wilderness.

The deep-sea fishing experience was beyond our expectations. The experienced guides took us to the best spots for ling cod, rockfish, and halibut. (We tried for salmon but it wasn’t in.) The fishing equipment was top-notch, and the boats were clean and spacious.

We had a blast reeling in ling cod and rockfish—plenty of action and excitement! And let's not forget the halibut fishing. We caught some massive halibut that made the experience truly unforgettable.

Back at the lodge, the chef prepared mouthwatering meals with our freshly caught fish. The staff's hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay, and their passion for fishing and the Alaskan wilderness shone through.

If you're looking for an outstanding fishing adventure in Alaska, look no further than Raspberry Lodge. They offer impeccable service, breathtaking scenery, and unforgettable fishing opportunities. We can't wait to return for another incredible trip!

Big thanks to Eric and our fishing guide, Dennis for this once in a lifetime experience. We will be back soon!!!

What an amazing trip....more than we expected. The lodge and cabins were great with fresh towels daily. The chef fixed wonderful restaurant style meals and the lodge crew were so helpful and attentive to our needs. The fishing guides, Dennis and Paul were excellent, informative, knew where the fish were and so much fun. Another bucket list item ✔️.

Awesome fishing experience with excellent hosts, and service. Fishing guides have the spots dialed in for cods, lings, rock fish, salmon, and butts! Food delicious and rooms are warm and cozy. And…. For the cherry on top we saw orcas, bald eagles, sea lions, Kodiak bears, sea otters, and lion foxes! Coming back fosho, cheee!

The staff are so great! Making sure the experience is enjoyable and memorable.. the food is exceptional and you are treated to first rate service. Fishing was superb, boat captains assisted with everything as you needed. Staff filleted and boxed fish for shipping with awesome skill. Sleeping quarters cabins are also a place of peace and comfort and the lodge is a gathering place of social interaction and laughter.

I can’t say enough good about Raspberry Island Lodge! This is THE BEST Alaskan adventure! We loved it here. Absolutely stunning remote setting in the pristine wilderness near Kodiak. It’s teeming with wildlife. We saw dozens of bald eagles and sea otters, multiple types of whales and porpoises, and even an amazing Kodiak grizzly bear! The facilities are rustic and very comfortable and well maintained. The food was fresh and delicious. The crew and staff are so warm and accommodating. The fishing was really what put it all over the top. Our captains put us on unbelievable fishing every day. We caught so many fish!! My arms ache from pulling fish out of the sea. We are bringing home boxes of halibut, salmon, ling cod, and other fish. I can’t wipe the grin off my face! We had such a great time! We are already planning our next trip now!
