Not big hotel located close to the Bukovel resort. We have early arrival and the staff allowed us to leave our belongings before check-in. All in all, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The have restaurant, breakfast was very good. Hotel located on the top of the hill, so be prepared for the difficult climb. They also do not have an elevator in the buildings.

This winter Bukovel was quite busy and I could not find a hotel located nearby the slopes. So I booked Alpin and was very disappointed. The hotel staff was rude. They basically did not care about their customers. The hotel had some major ptoblems with electricity - it would disappear quite often. No reliable WiFi. But there was something way more annoying - their fire alarm went on five-six times times during the night. Next morning the hotel staff did not apologize and "advised" to look for another place. In addition, the hotel is located really far from the slopes. It's not a walking distance. Since sidewalks are icy and full of show one has to walk to the road. In skiing boots it's quite dangerous. 100% NOT RECOMMENDED. STAY AWAY!
