We are a family of 5, we booked the classic chalet and it was an amazing experience for the whole family.
The chalet was so spacious, that it can sleep up to 6 people. The beds are very comfortable and the chalet is very clean.
Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety.
The staff was very generous, friendly and attentive to all our requests.

They provided us with transportation from and to Athens, as well as the ski resort. The van driver (Thanassious ) was beyond helpful and very courteous. We highly recommend this place for families and couples too.
We will for sure be back again

Majestic place, good layout and amenities. Needs refurbishment and better service in order to get my 5 stars. The people working there were happy to help out, quite polite and with warm smiles but they were not enough in number for the people they had to cater for, hence the service was slow. Family and dog had very good time! Pet friendly as it can be. The deep tissue massage from Maria takes 5 stars for sure.

We dindt reside tin the resort, but only visited for coffee and sweets. An amazing place inside the forest. Treehouses for kids and ropes in the forest, mushrooms, smelling pines and archery lessons. The upper floor with the cafe was very cosy with big couches. The balcony had a breathtaking view with the sound of birds. Will definately go back.Try the sweets...

Amazing place, polite staff, professionals, we had a lot of snow but they were all the time there to clean the entrances etc..
Mr George the manager was there all the time for us and don’t forget to experience the spa with the magic hands of Maria. Need some renovations though…

So, I organised for my friends and I to spend my Birthday weekend in Parnassos!
With great regret I chose Elatos Resort.

Where to begin?
Service. The little encounter I had, they were definitely not service oriented and at check out, borderline rude!
Way too expensive!! The rooms are old and in need of rennovation, they should clean in more depth, there is not enough lighting, the kettle was 100 yrs old and not working properly! I mean you spend 800 US dollars on a chalet for 6 people and the kettle (the kettle which you can buy new 30 US dollars) is not working properly. And they also charge the wood for the fire separetely!!! Is it possible? At these charges??

The scenery is very nice, inside the mountain with great calmness etc but NO.
No, No, No!
It is WAY too expensive for what it is.
If you ask me, its worth is around 50 US dollars/per night. And am being large!

A great disappointment to what I wished to be a great weekend....

responding to a summer special for Euro200 per night, we decided to spend a relaxing weekend in the fresh mountain surrounds. A lovely place, though there was no real ´spa facilities´ which was one of the attractions for us - nò massage available, no beauty treatments available,, even though it was advertised to be booked on arrival. Pool /Jacuzzi were lovely and the chalets were great with rustic feel....
Overall, a very refreshing environment in the mountains and away from the smog etc of Athens, and thousands of tourists on the islands...BUT, very expensive for what it is, especially given we expected spa-beauty weekend which didn´t quite happen.

Too expensive hotel only for the prestige.
When we arrived, we have been waiting until 16:45 to check in.
We paid too much for our staying, so we didn't expect that we had to pay extra to brink us more woods for fireplace when they run out, although we didn't do overconsumption of them.
Very small double beds, if you are tall and overweight you need one bed for your own.
No wifi in challets.
The advantage point of the resort finally was not what we expected, because the quality of the spa center was very low.
After the disadvantages there are some advantages that I must admit. First of all, the service was very good. Fast, polite and with happy mood.
The challet was very clean every day.
Lovely location in the forest.

We spent a few days in Elatos during Christmas period, it was very sad to discover that the facilities are out of shape to say the least. We stayed at the house number 13. The house was very small but we can say this was our mistake that from the pictures we couldn’t tell. But the stairs leading to the loft, were our children would sleep were so steep and narrow that only by using knowledge from the special forces you could go up or down.. The kitchen cabinets were full of dust and we had to wash all the dishes, forks and rest so that we could use them. Some had food residues on.. Both bathroom showers had drainage problems and you would have to pause your shower in order not to overfill the tub. The room service was horrible, most of the times we ordered, we had to wait more than 25 minutes and they also told us that theys dont serve cold cofee because they are going to spill it on the way to our room..!! The last morning the lady on the phone when we informed her that they had forgotten the marmalade, she implied that we were lying to steal it or something. The whole house had double windows so we couldn’t understand where the wind was coming in from, to make you understand, above my little girl’s bed we would try to light up a lighter and the wind would let you!! We discovered that the joints between some wood were due to old age let the wind come in. The first day we went to have dinner at the restaurant and the food was so terrible that we couldn’t eat a bite and paid and left. The only thing we could eat the whole time we were there was club sandwiches and some burgers. I could go on for hours on how bad was our stay there.. But I MUST say that the lady at the reception, I think Eirini, was amazing and very very helpful . Also the young man that would bring us the the room service was very polite. Those two were working 18 hours per day, and I believe that it’s them that keep the business going and try to correct the management’s mistakes.
