We arrived late evening and were welcomed with a special piece of paradise. Kapishya Lodge is set under magnificent trees and vegetation, built from natural materials and surrounded by a charming hotspring. We enjoyed a short stroll in the gardens, a superb hotspring experience,

The first night we stayed in a room, nice room with a lot of luxurieus things to use but the toilet and shower are not really good anymore, toiletseat was old and you could see that, that is a shame because you pay a lot for a room but still it is a beautiful room. After that we

Hi Eveline Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. Your feedback is valuable to us and we will indeed take time to look at and refurbish our bathrooms where necessary. You say you paid a lot for your room but forget to mention that you were given a 50% discount on it as you arrived late. You also forget to mention that the rude woman (myself) gave you blankets to take to the campsite when you moved there as it is so cold at this time of year. Regarding the bread we run a restaurant and a coffee shop but not a bakery or grocery store. We would expect campers to bring the supplies they need for the trip or eat at the restaurant. I did mention that we might have had spare bread the next morning however unfortunately we did not and at no point did I say that there would definitely be bread for you. Im not sure who you asked for toilet paper at the campsite but can assure you we would certainly never refuse anyone a toilet roll! We wish you the best for the rest of your trip and hope to see you again at some point in the future.

My family and I stayed a couple of nights in the lodge. Very nice place, next to great hot springs (easily accessible within lodge perimeter). One can choose between self-catering and full board. We chose for the first one. Note that cooking and eating has to be done
